Good location downtown Seattle. Close to the piers and Pike Place Market. Walking distance from the train station (a bit uphill and about 10-15', but easy).

You should have USB ports for charging phones. I for got my plug, went to the front desk to see if they had one to borrow and they did not. the water pressure for the show was not good.

We count on Kimpton for truly good pet friendly accommodation. Most hotels give substandard rooms to people travelling with a dog. Kimpton gives great rooms. No compromise.

The only downfall is the beds, they are a ridge bit soft. You will wake up slightly sore and your body not completely rested.

The cheeriness and genuine care of the staff is wonderful. They always make a point to greet upon entry and say farewell when one is exiting. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout the entire property.

I thought that the room was a little dated and confused as far as the decor. No consistent theme there, but who really stays in the room anyway.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and informative when we asked questions regarding the city or the locations of amenities.

Extra charge at time of check out that I was not told about. The "destination fee" was already added when reserved thru Booking. Com. Staff just said "sorry you weren't told" but would not remove the charge. Had an Uber waiting ans couldn't stay to resolve any further.

My room was not ready as expected but a wonderful gal came out from the back and made adjustments so that all was well within 5 mins. So grateful for her immediate efforts to fix the problem as I was going to a wedding that evening so timeing was essential.

This is a great hotel for a visit to Seattle. It is in downtown but it is easy to Uber around to other neighborhoods from this location. You can walk to the Public Market. Many excellent restaurants you can walk to as well as a great downtown organic grocery store close by.

It was a bit expensive overall but I do not necessarily rate the hotel down for this since the price seemed to be inline with standard Seattle prices. Seattle prices have increased significantly since I last stayed in Seattle.

Rooms were clean, in good condition with plenty of space. Staff was helpful, we had three different people arrive at different times and the hotel was helpful to note the different parties to let them check in.

the location. it does not look safe. I took a train from the airport. The station I got off was not safe, with many homeless people. Before the departure at the previous destination, I asked them which transportation is convenient. They gave me a direction of the train/subway, but they did not give me the safe way to reach the hotel. I regrated that I should have take a taxi. When I checked out the hotel, I took a taxi to go to the airport. It was fast and safe even the taxi fare is $60.00.
