Tub needs slip proof stickers or a mat. 2 of us slipped and if I would have fallen I would have been injure. Also no hair dryer.

The Houskeeper, came into my room while I had a do not disturb on my door. Visiting for the weekend! I work extremely hard! She had the audacity to be rude! As if I were holding her up, as she wanted to get the job done hours before check out! Disgusting lady!

I feel like a staff should’ve still checked every day to see if we needed towels and bath bath toiletries worry about picking up at the desk. Every day was a real pain. And the fact that you get there hour before your check-in and the room is ready and you still have to pay for it extra is ridiculous

When people would smoke mirajuanna on their balcony, the air contioner in our room would pull the air that smelled like weed and blast it in our room. So our room would smell like weed smoke random hours.

Parking is the worst part, it’s a block down and across the Main Street and is also a VERY tight lot.

The rooftop pool and bar area was really cool and had nice views, our trip was too short to use the pool though

The water pressure in shower was to low in Room 209. Definitely need new chairs on patios. So old the finish comes off on your clothes.

Location is great if you want to be down near inlet. Bed & pillows were comfy. Room met my expectations as far as cleanliness.

Anna at front desk was amazing. I did have something strange happen - the maid service doesn't happen. I reported a few things like no shampoo or shower gel in dispensers, mildewed shower curtain. I needed towels. I asked for just towels to be placed in my door. When we got back to our room someone had been there - urinated on our toilet seat, took all of our clean towels and didn't clean anything or replace what needed to be done. They set up all the tubes of lotion and conditioner on the dirty sink area. This was bizarre. I do want to say how amazing Anna was even before we checked in and during check in. She's a gem!

I wasn't aware of Bike Week until we arrived. Next time I will check calendar of events before booking since it was extremely noisy up until 3am & I have difficulty sleeping. Parking was reserved for bikers at motel. Parking for others was across the street in 2 places. The spaces for parking were very small especially if you have a oversized truck. They need to upgrade wider spaces for newer vehicles. Staff was accommodating, except one. She had attitude that should have been left at home. Room was nice but I've never had a bathroom that didn't have hooks on the back of the door for towels or clothing. We had a maintenance issue with drainage in tub that was taken care of the next day. Rug really needs to be cleaned since my white socks turned black.

I get there around 230 after traveling in the car over 4 hours with 2 small kids. My 7 year old needed to go to the bathroom so I asked if the room was ready. I was told it was but I'd have to pay $50 to check in before 4. My child hates public restrooms and wouldn't use the one at a next door restaurant. So I paid $50 for entering my room at 3 instead of 4. Housekeeping was also limited. We had the room cleaned once and we were there 11 nights. The pull out couch/bed was horrible. Our toilet stopped up daily and you had to have a special touch to get rhe shower on/off. Lastly, the parking lot was beyond horrible. The spaces were made for compact cars and everyone had an SUV. I paid almost $400 a night for the room so I expected a bit more.

Our bed had hair on the pillow cases and sheets. I'm hoping from the staff who made the beds. Room was pretty clean. But there are water stains on the ceiling and wall. There was a small piece of ceiling that was missing and the handle on the jaccuzi tub for cold water leaked the handle on the hot side comes off. There were towels on the floor in the hallway when we checked until mid day the next day. We went to the rooftop pool early yesterday no towels had to go back to room to get them.

There was no parking at the hotel and on website they said there is a parking at the hotel. They told us it was $29 per night if we want pay for reserved parking.We were told to park our car 2 blocks down on one of there parking lots. Took us a while to find it. You had to ask many times for clean towels and garbage to be picked up. Pools were supposed to be heated and there were so cold.
