We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe did not know that it was under construction when we made the reservation. The construction crew started on the building we were staying in around 7am. This was not quiet work, it involved power tools and hammers. This seems unreasonable when you are spending over $300/night. We also had to special request a coffee maker for our room, but they were out of coffee cups (mugs or disposable). And while there was an ice bucket in the room, there were no glasses of any sort. Our room had been renovated, but it almost seemed to be partially reassembled.

Beautiful location and view, staff was very pleasant, restaurant food selection was limited but well prepared and tasty, room was clean and beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaI did NOT like that they did not advertise the fact that they were UNDER CONSTRUCTION when I booked online. I found out when we arrived to check in, and so was disappointed. I let the front desk clerk know I was disappointed about them being under construction and that I wanted to be far away from the noise and they accommodated me, so that was nice. I thought I might cut my visit short, but it ended up being okay. Still, they should notify people so that they’re not surprised like that!
Heated pool was great!! Restaurant on 4th floor was extremely convenient and staff were all super nice and attentive. Food was freshly cooked and delicious.

United States of AmericaThe room was not worth the price paid. the bathroom was small! Two people sharing a room had difficult time fitting in the bathroom room. Shower had no door so the floor got wet! Towels were thin. Beds were uncomfortable especially with a bad back. Restaurant upstairs charged too much for breakfast. I know, it is for the view. Security deposit was outrageous!
The view was great and the lounge bar. Bar personnel were great.

United States of AmericaIs in serious need of freshening up. Electronic door lock kept us out of our room more then it would let us in. Cards had to be redone three times and it still took five minutes of hassle to get in the room each time. Wall paint is peeling and scuffed. Only attend room every three days. Had a broken chair arm and had to have it replaced upon arrival to room. For the cost of the room you’d think you would have better service. Booking. com site should also tell you of the $25 a night parking fee.
The location is the best thing about this property.
