The bathroom sink and tub were obviously old and in need of replacement. Stoppers in both were broken. Not enough hooks for towels to be hung. The tile underneath the bathroom sink was wet most of the time. ( advised one of the staff ) The AC unit was missing cover to where air was forced into room. Although there was signage of a smoke free facility at the front entrance, there were many discarded cigarette butts just outside the front entrance. No refrigerator in the rooms.

Bed was comfortable. Television worked well.

The place was a dump. Stairwell heading upstairs smelled like piss Looked like someone tried to steal the TV off the table, the TV was all bent and twisted. The picture hanging in the room was torn off the wall and glued back up. The toilet overflowed everytime it was flushed.

The staff will question you when you leave and come back. paying customers have to tell them who they are and what room. as for visitors, they will harass them and refuse to let them up. whatever the case maybe, I find it very offensive to have to answer questions for a room I paid for. there is many families in there, I’m guessing homeless where dss has sent them, so it’s very loud and people coming and going all hours of the night, along with slamming doors. it did not feel like a hotel setting. I’d avoid this place if your looking for peace and quiet and to not be questioned everytime you leave and come back.

Run down. Broken furniture. Cigarette burns on edge of tub. Air conditioner filter caked with lint. Place was run down. Possibly used as a shelter during Covid? The beds were fine and the price was good.

Staff were helpful. Had menus for delivery food.

Yelling and firearm dispute at 5am by our Window. Didn't ask for ID at check in but wanted everyone of our 12 people party to register at 1AM when we came back. No breakfast.

Wooden floors were clean, better than the hallway carpet. Bed was somehow confortable. Lot of parking.

the lack of cleanliness in the building. the Oder of cigarettes and marijuana from the lobby then in the hallways. the rooms had pubic hair on the floor trash in one of the bureau draw. I only wish we took photos.

The room was not that clean. no elevator, no extra roll of toilet paper, hair in the bathtub. I’ve never been to a motel before that didn’t have 1 small bottle of shampoo. I washed my hair with bar soap.

The Staff was EXCELLENT!! Latanya was the day time manager and she was courteous, nice, friendly, professional and thorough. I didn’t get the late night managers name but she was VERY Good and gave great attention to security.

The property is clearly not in a safe area as evidenced by the buzz-in security which felt almost carceral. There are no chairs or anything in the lobby space, which felt really unwelcoming. The room itself was clean-ish, but was dank and had obviously been smoked in, despite my request for a non-smoking room. I was too exhausted to ask for a different room, so I don't know if the staff would have switched me or not. I really wished I had paid an additional $30 for a better establishment.

The check-in staff were friendly and did my check-in quickly. Parking was free. The lobby coffee in the morning was hot, but there was no fresh milk -- only powdered creamer.

the overall cleanliness was very poor, hair in the bathroom, the bed sheets were very worn, broken furniture, public area was dirty, a dog was barking many times throughout the night, loud music in the parking log

The night reception was very polite, I checked out at 5 a.m.

The whole place smelled of weed, smoke, Chinese food and our room specifically overwhelmingly smelled of incense. This was strictly a place to lay your head and rinse off. There was no elevator, microwave, fridge.

The staff was nice and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was coffee available by the front desk. No bed bugs or fleas. A/C worked fine. Nice sized flat screen tv with multiple channels including HBO *I think*. It's cheap so you get what you pay for.

I got a bad vibe as I checked in. The staff seemed distracted, and there were sketchy people hanging around the lobby. No one explained where my room was, or how to get past the security doors to the hallways. It made me uneasy as I wheeled my luggage in. I felt I had picked the wrong part of town. However, two of the sketchy people gave me some good advice later, so there was some kindness to strangers.

It was conveniently located. I was heading out to see Grant's Cottage, and Martin van Buren's house, and Chester Arthur's grave. Presidential history sites.

The price. The staff that morning wouldn’t check for my items. And the rudeness on the phone call.

It was convenient for me because it’s close to the airport. I arrived a little later than expected and my price was different when I checked in the hotel. The price was not worth it and I accidentally left a few of my items there.

it looks very run down and dirty. Also the layout is very confusing. It took me a while to find stairs to go to 2nd floor. You can tell there’s permanent residents living there and it can get very noisy. Rooms where not stunning but ok to stay a night…

Over all condition of the hotel really was in poor shape. Beds were really uncomfortable. Air conditioner was in pieces. Cleanliness was not up to standards.

Staff were awesome couldn't ask for anything better and being helpful.
