Floors were dirty. Looked clean but when cleaning up a spill we found the floors very dirty. Building outside was sketchy, and rough around the edges!

The external staircases are rotting. Concrete is broken. Stairs are LITERALLY dangerous. I didn't like that there was no dresser—only some hooks on one wall. There was no desk where I could do any work or use my laptop. The one chair in the room was a broken-down piece of junk. When I told the staff, they took immediate action to replace it, which is one of the reasons I gave high marks to the staff at this property. Water pressure is a bit weak. No paper towels.

Breakfast? Are you kidding? No such thing at this property. Vending machines only. The bed/mattress was good and I slept well. The unit was clean. The mini frig and microwave worked well.

The bathroom sink stopped up (needed maintenance). The refrigerator had a big puddle of water underneath it. And the room had an unpleasant "off" odor.

There was no breakfast, coffee only, room was semi clean, floor was sticky, there was literally pee - urine on elevator floor, obviously elevator smelled of urine, next morning, still a puddle in there , no one cleaned it, pool was not opened yet for season, it's mid July, drunk guest sitting on block wall out front, for 30 bucks more we could have stayed in a way nicer place, we don't require great, were contractors, but sticky floors in the room and urine in the elevator was a definite issue

Upon entering the room for the evening, we tried to get in our room., Neither of our keys work, so we went down to the desk, they re-made the keys came back up, none of them worked agai，27 minutes later. Finally, someone from the desk came up， first comment they made after getting off the elevator was. "You tell anyone you had a dog, you shouldn't be on the third floor!"well, there were 2 other dogs on the third floor and they said nothing about them, we'd already made a notation when we made the reservation', she finally unlocked the door, we had to take turns going in and and out because we didn't have a key that worked. Other than that, bared necessities a place to sleep and that's about it.

There was a pool but of course it was closed. They really should reveal this prior to booking as this was the reason we chose this motel. They do not serve any form of breakfast either. A “resort fee” is charged but without a pool or breakfast how can it be a resort? Bit of a scam if you ask me. Also there is no room cleaning during your stay. While they did give us fresh towels and a broom and dust pan (without a carpet or any rugs you really track in a lot of dirt and debris) we had to ask for them and do the cleaning and exchange ourselves. Again, of course there is also a cleaning fee, I guess for after you leave, and the room was clean when we arrived, but don't expect your room to be cleaned during your stay (unless you do it yourself). I guess good service really is a thing of the past.

It was fine enough, clean, quiet and its’ location made it easy to access things like dining and shopping.

The amenities stated they had a pool but they do not. That was disappointing.

The staff that came in on Wednesday were great. They moved me to a room with a jacuzzi to make up for the fact that there pool was permanently closed.

constantly lost tv signal. the bed was a little uncomfortable. there was only 3 little flat pillows for a king sized bed so we had to go buy a couple pillows. the jacuzzi tub took an hour to fill enough to turn the keys on.
