A couple of my towels were not very clean. Beds were not all that comfortable and the bed linens gave me a reaction and I itched all night until I got up and basically put on all my clothes, then layed back down so I could get some sleep

Location is excellent. Walkable to the beach and restaurants and groceries. Staff was nice. Although I didn't use it, the pool looked nice. Room was a very nice size and had a mini fridge & microwave

The staff was no where to be found 90% of the time. We had to wait 15 min for someone to finally come to the desk to check us in. And there was no accessible bathroom for us while we waited.

It was a great distance from the beach. The room was such a great size. Much bigger than we were expecting. The beds were not very comfy. That was our biggest disappointment.

Lack of outlets to charge phone (near beds).

The price and location were great. The pool was clean. Laundry on-site. The manager was super friendly, which is always a huge plus! Near a lot of things in Cooca Beach. Everything was walking distance.

Pool way to cold to swim, bed spread stained. Room outdated. Coffee thermos not working on office Mattress hard.

Loved shuffle boards and hoarse shoes on sight . Easy walk to beach. Staff pleasant.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, parking was very limited, the rooms were quit dated considering the charge.

It was a good location, close to the cruise port and shopping, they were clean and just for a quick stay probably ok for most. The cost maybe a little high for some depends on what is the most important for the value.

The key to our room did not work properly and we had to ask for assistance several times. The bathroom was also not up to our standards of cleanliness. There was hair on the floor and the tub was clogged.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the beach for watching rocket launch at late night. Some commercial places around.

The smell in the room was awful. It smelled like mould - likely from the air conditioning unit filter. Wonder if that's ever been changed. And the bathroom door couldn't close.

No ground floor rooms available, but it was due to renovations. I believe they may have encountered some damage during recent storms so no fault to the hotel - it was just a bit more difficult for my mother with limited mobility to get up the stairs.

Bugs staff not trying to break in, sand everywhere

There were roaches every where, and they wouldn't move us to a different room, they came banging on the door 45 minutes before checkout. I had someone knock and reach in to unlock the wall lock from outside. It was a decent comfortable bed, but I'm surprised we didn't take home bed bugs.

The floors were dirty under the beds were disgusting there was roaches crawling on the walls the next morning when I woke up the water pressure wasn't good.

The room was spacious. Good TV. And the ac was great.

The room was very basic, the bath had water in when we arrived and both the rooms (bathroom and bedroom) weren't the cleanest. It was a little expensive for what it was.
