Building didn’t smell good at all, the rooms didn’t feel or smell very clean. The bedsheets were far from soft, and the pillows were super flimsy. Overall just didn’t leave feeling super clean or refreshed like it was a break from the rest of the trip.

no ammenities, minimal towels, furniture & decor in the room were awful. staff behind plastic window. could not hear her nor did she make any attempt to communicate

The room was clean but bring your own wipes and hand sanitizer. The location was convenient to the highway, gas stations, and places to grab a quick meal. The room did have a microwave and small fridge. It was fine for a stopover while travelling.

walls and floors could have used a good cleaning

Ive paid more for worse. The room was clean enough for me needing just a place to sleep but I wouldn’t have brought my family. The walls are super thin but it served its purpose to be a cheap place to sleep for the night.

The room seemed more empty than prior stays. The last night there I decided to wash a load of clothes only to find someone had taken some of our clothes from the dryer. That was disheartening but I guess expected while using guest facilities. So be sure to watch your belongings closely.

The staff were all very nice. My son's locked themselves out of their room 2 nights in a row and staff was super nice both times when getting me a replacement key. The rooms were clean. We were encouraged before our stay to bring our own cleaning supplies so we did (Lysol wipes and spray). That was extra peace of mind during our stay. They were accomodating with giving us extra towels just be sure to return them or risk being charged. We did have a mini fridge and microwave in our room too. So it was great for keeping snacks and drinks cold.

I have a broken leg and there are no handy cap availability. It was dirty. Especially behind the bed , and the bathroom. Would only give us one towel at a time. Even tho there was more than one person there. Had to stay in the room the entire time cause I could not get up or down the stairs easily.

Location. Its very quiet. Near restaurants and shopping.

We booked Jon smoking but the whole hallway smelt like cigarettes and weed, there was no elevator, the railing on stairs was loose, the management and housekeepers were rude and housekeeping wanted to knock once and come right in while my daughter was getting in the shower. Also dealing always falling down in the hallway by main stairs, no water pressure and fridge didn’t even keep anything cold.

First they tried to make me pay for a service animal. Then when I was 10 minutes late on checkout, this crazy lady kept opening my door and yelling and ended up calling the police on me.. for being, then, 15 minutes late

Everything. Rude staff. Originally booked 1 night but needed 2nd night. Lady said I would have to check out at 11 am and back in at 3 pm. The only reason I would have stayed is not having to ck out then back in. So once I checked out I went somewhere else
