Love the affect that you can have your dog with you with no charge. Loved that the employees are friendly and willing to help as much as they can. Also loved that you didn't need a deposit to stay here.

We were only able to get 2 pillows, the bed was springy, show had no pressure. Tried to put the heater on but it smelt really bad like burning. I was trying to connect a system to the tv but there was no option with not many channel options.

As soon as we parked the car, I had a funny feeling this place was shady. As we walked around the corner to the front of the motel, there were 2 children on the second floor with their room window opened, throwing out garbage their room window. My family and I then walked in the front doors and their was a security officer standing there with guns and freaked my child out. I know that was for everyone's safety, but then knew this was a place for low income housing. Our customer service at the front desk was definitely stressed out while standing there waiting for 30 minutes to be checked in. Once complete, we walked into the elevator that was absolutely disgusting. When arriving to the 3rd floor, the elevator opened, and the lobby again was gross. The building must be in the process of remodeling, so along the entire hallway, there were boxes of furniture lining up along the hallway. I was so scared to walk in this room. When we opened the door, I was instantly relieved to see a newly remodeled room with all new beds, flooring, and bathroom. However, as closing the door, there was a sign stating for your safety to lock and deadbult the front door. There was no shower curtain, though. Our sleep was rough, the beds were hard as a rock, and the AC unit was so loud that at 4AM, we had to leave. We packed up, went to the elevator, pressed the 1st floor button, and the elevator did nothing. the door never closed. So in a panic because I did not want to be stuck in the elevator, we walked down 3 flights of stairs and walked as fast as we could out the building. I am pretty confident that even though the price was good and the location was great in Orlando. We will never return. I will pay more money to feel safer and have a good night's rest while already stressed about traveling

Key card not working properly and when asked to update, found out that I was checked in under a different guest, the gentleman assisting was kind, but the person checking me in made me feel unwelcome, lift not working

The room wasn't well cleaned and the room was full with cockroaches. And AC wasn't working. They offered a new room but that was worse, very nasty and way More cockroaches I show the video I did for the front desk laid. Elevator wasn't working and the pool was very very dirty.

The elevator was broken, which is not the hotels fault. The listing mentioned breakfast when I booked, and there wasn't. There was only coffee. The bed was not comfortable at all. The sheets were thin, especially for the top sheet. Lastly, there wasn't a hair dryer in the bathroom. For what I paid to stay there, it was too much and I would not stay there again.

Being close to Universal Studios was the highlighting factor. Also, being close to restaurants was an added benefit..

My first room wasn’t cleaned properly, it had a scent in the room, tissues in the vent that claimed to be dryer sheets, and tobacco in both garbage cans. Once they switched me to another room, it was ok but still had tobacco in the room and blood stains in the sheet.

Upon entering the nasty smell of weed receives you! Disgusting smell of smoke all throughout the hallway! Bits of trash on the carpet. Got off with my little girls and had to have them go wait in the car given that one has asthma and the other one a heart condition. The smell was just nasty!!!!! The pool was full of leaves and not very clean. The rooms smelled clean but were far from it!! There was women's hair ball all over the floor. The shower walls still had hair from where somebody shaved. Over all you really get what you pay for.

The lobby lady was so nice and respectful. We only had two towels in our room, and without hesitation or any problem she happily gave us more.
