There was def some sketchy people hanging out around the facility, not sure if they were guests or not. There was a fight outside our door at 2am, it made me frightened to stay here again.

What could be better if you stop making the prices so damn High every weekend you know there's people that have no houses and they live in hotels to get by and when you do that and you start jacking up prices people can't live in those damn things because of too much money and they got to go back to the streets

It's like when there's a big thing in Palm Springs they always jack up the price is real high so it's hard for me to pay for it like Coachella is coming up oh my God I don't even want to know what the price is going to be for that week it's called gouging they need to stop doing that

The air conditioning in my room was blowing directly onto the bed. I could not adjust it, I tried to move the louvers in the grill, but they were painted in position. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep with the air-conditioning blowing directly on my head. What I had to do was to blast the AC in the room all day long, and then turn it off just before going to bed, to keep the room cool.

Unable to make the room warmer, it was good I asked for an extra blanket. Could have used be microwave. The laundry was unassociated with the hotel, so lost my money.

The bathtub had hairs in and on it ( just a few but not very appealing). Otherwise The room was nice. The bed wasn't the most comfortable for me.

It was close to the airport and downtown shops and eateries.

We had Roches in the room that walked across my food on the table one was in my fruit cup . I was able to get a video of the roaches running across the table .also the refrigerator door was broken had to realing door to close.

Some shady characters around the area, but never felt unsafe. Shampoo is down in the office, which at least they offer. Very disappointed the hot tub was out of service.

Location is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and pretty comfy. Basic, but descent.

People hanging outside their motel room doors at all hours of the night.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and was prompt at registering me and giving me the keys to the room. He gave me a room on the first floor which was awesome. I'm disabled and cannot climb stairs easily.

I didn’t like that our room had a door lock jam Making me feel uneasy and unsafe in my room. The rooms are not equipped with hair dryer or iron and microwave.

I like the location and how it is located close to the Palm Springs downtown area. I like the parking space availability.

1. They almost gave us a room with 2 separate beds saying that i called last February 14 to change the room, asked them what phone number that was used and they can't give me the information 2. They eventually gave us our reserved room, at the 3rd floor and the elevator is broken, the whole time we stayed. 3. The queen size bed doesn't look like a queen size and it's not comfortable i can almost feel the metal springs
