United States of AmericaWe did not get an upstairs room with frigde that we were hoping for and the toilet in our room would not flush properly, I had to fill the tank manually by filling the trash can with water and dumping it into the toilet tank myself! The place is in great disrepair and needs a remodel in my opinion. Another pet peeve we encountered was the fact that as soon as we retired for the night, a large group of young people showed, up to find their rooms, and very loud and obnoxious for about an hour or so until they finally settled in for the night. ... we didn't sleep too well that night!
The desk person was nice and helpful when we asked for a room with a MW and Fridge. He seemed overloaded and was in poor physical condition at the time of our meeting. I hope he can get some help in the future. soup of young travelers entered the building a

Bugs were in my room.. had to ask them to buy some Raid so I could spray and still had bugs after I sprayed. Bedspread stained........ ALL the MOTEL 6's are in need up a great face lift and Housekeeping staff who actually do CLEAN!!

United States of AmericaWhat I did not appreciate is that online it stated that the amenities included in the room a mini fridge and microwave. There was no fridge or microwave. This is not the first time that this has happened. Also the TV did not work with the WIFI so I had to use my own data to watch anything.
It was a clean facility in the main building with a clean room and comfortable beds as well as a decent price.

United States of AmericaWell at the front desk, it was No One for about 20 t0 30 minutes. When finatly a male worker arrived to the front desk, he help someone who was waiteing there before me. Then, my Husband asked him to show us the room. He did not really wanted to do such.....however, he did walk us to it. There, (since the entrance) the smell of smoking was all over. Inside the room, that smell was even stronger. We ask for NOT smoking-when I booked that reservasion. Therefore, I reminded him to show us a Not smoking one, and he said that THAT was the one. We could'n stay. So we follow him to the front desk, and I ask him to cancelled our reservasion. He said he did. All I want to say is: I hope that "Motel 6" will not charge us, eventghout, we did NOT stay. Thank You.
Well, My Husband and I needed to go from El Paso Tx to Apachee Creek Deaf and Youth Ranch , N.M. to show/give our respects to Pastor Dean Lang (founder pf that Ranch). My Husband is 86 years old, he can not drive 7 + houres to arrive there. That is the reason why we needed to stay at "Motel 6" for one night. For my Husband to rest enough, to be able to keep driving from there to El Paso Tx. to our home.
