Currently suffering with hip problem. Made reservations several days before requesting handicap room, and received confirmation it was reserved. On arrival at 5pm - no room and it was claimed a housekeeping issue. Toilet difficult to use as so low and no grab bars or anything to hang onto in shower. A safety issue for me!

Motel 6 is basic....very basic. Nothing fancy. No coffee pot, no microwave, no refrigerator and while it's "updated" it's still outdated with it's decor and colors. The lighting was barely there and was very dark in the room. In a single room all you had was the bathroom light, a lamp on the desk and "ambient" lighting that is behind the headboard on the bed. Definitely not enough lighting. While I don't mind a basic room, what I do mind is the price. Paying $144+ for this room was a joke. This room was worth about $100 if that.

The employee that I interacted with was very nice and accommodating to me especially since I arrived a few hours early. My first room the ac didn't work, the 2nd room he didn't realize there were noisy teens next door but the 3rd room was nice and quiet.

Bed was a very old spring mattress. TV reception was poor. There was no shampoo in the whole Motel. I found a small cockroach in the bathroom, but it is Spokane, so I get it.

The room was very clean and presented well. Everything worked. I felt very safe at this Motel 6 location. Great area for pets. Great location in relation to stores and shopping.

Non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Location isn’t bad but mid-low area for quality of people. Second night in and someone was being treated by EMTs for what appeared to be public intoxication (illicit drug type). Exterior/back entrance had overflowing garbage cans multiple times over a week. Room was only serviced once during that week.

Location was good for what I needed. Overall, relatively quiet, with little to no issues after 8:30’ish for foot traffic in the halls. I was left alone, probably because I look like a serial killer, but it’s not something I can help.

The water noise was very loud when stool flushed and neighbors showered but that did not last long.

Every time I go to motel 6 but my first time I feel uncomfortable also no commendation such as fridge.

It was a pet friendly hotel, which was good, but the woman next door's dogs barked and woke us up at 6:00 a.m. Also, we got a room with a fridge but it had been turned off with the door closed so when I opened the door, it smelled really musty and gross. I did report it to the person at the front desk and they said that they would remedy the situation in the future. The towels were quite small.

They were quick to accommodate us with any problems we had.

No microwave or frig, no way to take a bath...only shower, way too many dogs, pitbulls roaming the hallways, building exterior door locks were broken, people staying in cars overnight, VERY NOISY at night, very slow response at the check in area..a vending machine man had to get the clerk for checking, huge crowds smoking at the exit door, cigarettes and trash on the grounds by exit door. Seemed more like a place for homeless vs a motel. Horrible! The bed was ok and it was as clean as it could be fir the condition of the building

The ugly orange colors! Made it feel loud & uncalming. But not enuf that I wouldn't stay again, as I will stay there again when I go back.

Clean, comfortable, & great price, especially since it was a last minute decision to spend the night in that town. So our small budget wasn't greatly affected.

The heater didn't work in my room I told the front desk and a maintenance guy came to fix it and thought he did but he didn't fix it so my room was cold, it was such a hassle to get them up there in the first place I just dealt with it cuz it was the middle of the night

There wasn’t a overhead light in the bedroom and only one chair. Room was very warm even though thermostat was set low. Rm#105. But the worst thing was very low water pressure in the shower. No coffee in room

No refrigerator. No microwave in room. And heat was 90° the entire time. We kept the window open the whole time just to be able to sleep.

Prices were good. Place was clean enough. Staff was nice.
