The bathroom mirror was neglected. Should have been cleaner and actually needs to be replaced. Rm 107 I was asked to leave a $150 refundable deposit on my credit card. This should be refunded as I left the place in excellent condition. Still, I'm offended with that refundable deposit stuff.

Don't get me wrong as I expect to stay in this motel again. Two disappointments: 1) The room should have been cleaner, especially the bathroom mirror. 2) I had to allow a $150 refundable deposit on my credit card in case I trashed the place. That I do not like although I guess their clientele may be questionable, so they feel they need it.

The bed sheets to be clean and the towels as well. The toilet was flooded as well in the middle of the night. The afternoon front desk girl was rude . Gave me a wrong wrong .

The room smelled of mildew and mold, specifically the bathroom. The floors were sticky looked greasy and were definitely not moped in a very long time. We had no clean towels when we arrived or toilet paper. The mini fridge had bugs in it

The general Manager went above and beyond. I was in town for my dads funeral. I kept having problems with the reservation she was so amazing in helping us out in such a hard time.

Cleanliness of the room The very basic mattress. I think they are new but they are not very comfortable. No accessible parking space

Well, they did leave the light on! The room was very basic, barely anyplace to set anything down without putting it on the very DIRTY floor. The bed was very basic also. Linens were lacking the needed amount (only one bath towel). Handicap shower head mount was defective and had to be stuffed with cardboard to stay in place. The big deficiency was there was not a handicap parking space provided for an accessible room. There was 2 spaces there at one time but had been painted out to provide regular spaces??? Not a real good overall experience.

I did not like the fact, one of the matresses was soooo uncomfortable, i could feel the prings coming out. Also the bathroom was dirty when we got the room. The shower was worse, then the ceiling fan did not work, overall it was a good hotel, loved the location but disliked the bathroom.

Loved how close to the Ocean it is, and surrounded by stores. As well as close to the freeway. Loved the fact the parking lot is huge.

Motel 6’s have horrible mattresses across the board and I have yet to find one that you cannot feel the springs or that does not have a stack of mattresses by the dumpster, sad. My TV didn’t get reception.

It was clean and housekeeping serviced the room and left towels. Love the location and front desk staff tried very hard to make the stay pleasant

the main complaint I had was the constant noise during the nigh. it sounded like a coffee percolating during the night and there are no coffee pots in the rooms. it sounded like water running inside the walls, running loud enough to wake me up. I checked the toilet and it was not that. Smoke detector alarms went off a couple of rooms down from mine in the early early hour.

close to the event I was attending and it is very clean. I liked there was a fridge/freezer in the room. I travel with refreezable ice packs because I travel with insulin and I like being able to freeze my ice packs to travel home.

Pool was advertised as open but it wasn't. Tried to call the motel several times for several days before my reservation and no one ever answered the phone. Staff seemed indifferent about the pool discrepancy.

Check in was easy. I had a clean room with a nice seating area. Convenient location with food and things to do nearby.

There was a guy who kept pulling on the doors around the motel. Then he hung out at the back edge of the property for some time. The motel needs round the clock active security.

Based on previous visits. It was a lot cleaner. The towels even lacked previous guest hair. It seems that there is new management or new staff. Maybe even both.
