They wouldn't work with me on a late check out. We had been there for almost 2 weeks and I wanted it to be somewhat cleaned up. But they would not allow me to stay even 15 minutes after check out.

The outside grounds were not kept up, or the parking lot. Plus shopping carts. Did notice a group when we arrived home late that was definitely doing there thing. I deal with the homeless and drug addicts on a daily basis in my work environment so am pretty keen to know what's going on

The prior pictures of the place and the comments is why I chose this place sight unseen. When I drove up I went in and tried to cancel just by looking at the property. Definitely not what the pictures portrayed. The grounds were a wreck and shopping carts around in parking lot. This means one thing to me, this is also where the homeless stay from time to time when they can., they can get vouchers to stay for those who dont know this. The pool was covered and look like its been years that it's been open. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there Oasis needs some TLC bad. And I wasnt gonna waste 114 bucks cause bookings.com would not refund my money. I only had to sleep there for nine hours and then packed up.

There is no longer a provided breakfast. The pool is no longer operational, they've closed it. The rooms now have the barest of necessities, no internet and not provided with any passwords. The new managment has a language barrier and can't communicate to customers, it took us 15 minutes to checkout as the front stay couldn't understand that we were hadning them the key to check and continued to tell us we were to early for check in. The biggest issue was they turned off our water and didn't tell hotel patrons. When I went to ask the office about why all the sudden there no water, she looked at me like I was crazy to care that we wanted to wash our hands. Apparently, they had a water issue and didn't think it was a big deal to turn off the water and not let hotel patrons know. We had nothing but cold water in our room for over 15 hours, to say the least my shower was quick! And, they've change the outside lights, so if you get a room by a light, beware you'll be eaten alive by mosquitoes as they swarm you and your room! I'm most bothered by the lack of integrity of the establishments new management, I booked my stay, 6 months in advance through "bookings" the application is easy to communicate over and I feel that a courtesy notice should have been sent letting me know that the status I booked under, breakfast and pool were no longer options. Needless to say, I'm sad to have been a patron of this establishment for so long but I will NOT be returning. I've canceled my other reservations for this summer. This used to be a wonderful little hide away and sweet vacation spot for our family.

I've stayed at this hotel for business, traveling and vacations for 10+ years, it is now under new management and it is par from the outstanding little hide away it once was. It was clean and economical.

The pool wasnt open. I would have enjoyed the continental breakfast if it had been there. The beds were alright but a bit hard.

Staff who greeted us the night we arrived and the next morning were super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. After we got into our room, he showed up at our door and suggested we move to another room since it was cooler than this one. This was very much appreciated, as we are not used to a lot of heat. Next day when we were checking out the breakfast options, he got up from behind the desk and offered to make us a waffle. Very nice experience. WiFi was quite good. Great location.

It lacked a few extras…i.e. no coffee maker, ironing board and iron, facial tissues. The drain plug in sink was inoperable and water wouldn’t drain unless you pulled up the plug by hand. No hand rails in tub/shower.

Property is very close to major highway and local services. Pleasant staff and adequate breakfast.
