There were stains of my sheet which were unseemly. It felt a little gross, but sheets on the other bed were fine.

The location was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Getting around was super easy.

The restaurant was amazing! The room was clean and I mean spotless. The lobby was gorgeous and clean as well. The staff was excellent and accommodating.

The hotel is great and this was our fourth stay. The bath tissue has gotten really, really cheap. That is really the only negative but it is worth reporting. You don't want to think about bringing your own toilet tissue to a nice hotel, but that is what I would recommend.

I arrived shortly after 1 pm not expecting my room to be ready yet. Staff reminded me anyways very clearly that I could have booked (for payment) early check-in… so I hit the road, coming back shortly after 3 pm. Receptionist again told me that the room was not cleaned yet and that next time, I should book early check-in. 10min later I saw them book in a couple and miraculously my room also became clean and ready for check in. Then I bumped into one of the house keeping staff and they confirmed that my floor had been cleaned and ready quite some time ago… interesting? Then I had booked breakfast and oldfashionedly received paper tickets to show to the restaurant staff. First morning, I was informed of all the things I could not have for these tickets… One drink only and only some of the breakfast options on the menue… It was not a good a good feeling at all and clearly the hotel is trying to make extra money - eg I had to pay the taxes for the breakfast on top of what I booked - seriously?????? Room was noisy - windows seemed single glass (at least it sounded like it). Also didn’t like the sheet of the bed being without cover but only in-between two linnen. I don’t think it’s good value for money - maybe if just the hotel policy had been different. I will definitely not come back.

The location was good. Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom spacious. House keeping and breakfast staff was great! Receptionist too on days 2 and 3 (not at arrival)

I think you need to have more waitresses. It was difficult for one person to serve all the patrons on time. I felt it held things up especially if you needed to go somewhere. Also a room service would be great. Especially just to bring food up from the restaurant. Not everyone is comfortable coming down to the restaurant to fetch food in their PJs!

I loved the location of the Hotel. I felt safe enough to walk around and enjoy all Baltimore had to offer. I felt the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was delish!!!

All the people laying/living on the street next to the hotel. The staff that does whatever they feel right. Like charging me 3 times for 2 rooms and promising a late check out and a second later is it impossible. Etc etc. And the person checking us in did so with nails longer than her fingers. Sorry this is not IHG level.

The main hotel lounge though quite impressive with its huge fireplace and chic decor is a little shabby. There were stains on the carpet and upholstery and the furniture is chipped.

We enjoyed our time at Indigo and had a great time in Baltimore visiting museums and enjoying music at Peabody. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff welcomed our little dog. Liked the helpful manager and friendly staff too!

Beautifully decorated hotel. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Parking was across the street and a lot cheaper than the rate other hotels in the area would charge. Restaurant ambience, staff and food were wonderful.

The waitress on the second day was rude. For some reason, she needed to see my meal ticket and report back to the manager. They made it seem like it was a big deal because I had one for my child. My booking was for 3 people but they only gave me meal tickets for 2 people. It didn't make sense, so I took it to the receptionist, and she gave me another for my child.

Parking was in a garage across the street that you pass the entrance when you arrive for check in. So you have to drive around the block to re-enter. We didn’t have much luggage, so not a big deal. Was $5 a day.

We waited tons of time for the breakfast both days of our stay. The second one we waited 40 minutes for 2 pancakes and this is unacceptable for business travellers.

The mornings were loud in the hallways. Not sure what the noise was, maybe huge rolling carts but loud enough to rouse me from sleep daily. Parking from initial load to lugging heavy bags up steps, no bueno.

Location is close to Walters Art Museum and short distance to downtown and harbor areas where there’s a lot of good restaurants and sightseeing. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The restaurant and bar, Poets, has good food and drinks. Breakfast is very good! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay!

They’re were not enough servers at breakfast. Tables weren’t cleared, dishes were piled up, and it took a long time to order. Because of this, I decided not to have any other meals at the hotel.
