Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesRoom keys DID NOT work! Very frustrating to continually be locked out of your room. While I understand safety precautions it gets to a point of insanity to have to keep identifying yourself because the keys kept failing.

United StatesAs someone who has limited mobility (I use a cane), was disappointed that they weren't able to change our room to be closer to elevators, especially since we were staying for 3 nights. (Our room was almost at the very end of the very long hallway.) To be fair, I should have made that specific request when I booked the reservation, although I did reserve a "accessible" room. (IMHO, all hotels should keep in mind that not all who need "accessibility," are in wheelchairs, and those who are often have companions who are obliged to push them down those long hallways.) They were also running low on some commissary items...they had no bottled water for sale the evening we checked in, and they didn't have and/or offer any complimentary, so my husband had to walk 1/4 mile to the Jewel/Osco store.
Good breakfast with lots of choices. I really appreciated the fact that they served breakfast until 10:00 AM--most other hotels end breakfast service at 9:00. Super comfortable beds and excellent climate control. Large room size. We requested late checkout our last day, and they happily extended it (no charge). Spouse (who walks daily) appreciated the treadmill, especially with it being between 5 and 25 degrees for most of our stay. Convenience of restaurants and grocery store and AMC movie theater within walking distance. The locally owned Grade A Cafe (4-minute walk) had excellent breakfast/brunch/lunch food.

United StatesKey cards did not work - took three times to get ones that did. Second front desk person we dealt with was not friendly. Checkout took too long but person at desk was kind and friendly.
Location was good. Lots of dining options near by. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the nice thing was that it was later than most, lasting until 1000.

United StatesThe floor on the side of the bed was soaked. I think the snow from the roof was seeping in. They brought towels that were quickly drenched. The ice machine on our floor, floor 2, was out of order and I didn't like how the light switch for the kitchenette also turned on the light over the bed.
Really liked the room set up and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were all kind and helpful. The facilities were nice. Average breakfast but appreciate that it was complementary. I liked the parking garage especially with the snow.

United StatesI was completely satisfied. There was nothing I thought could have been better.
Location was good for our trip. Breakfast was better than expected. Room rate was better than I expected for a property this nice. While the memory foam mattress was probably fine for most people, I have a bad back and needed to add pillows to provide the support I needed but then it was okay.

IrelandIt would be nice if liquid shower-gel was provided. Two small bars of soap were provided: one at the sink and one at the shower. That's not really adequate or hygienic for guests sharing. A bottle of liquid shower-gel attached to the wall similar to how the shampoo was provided would be appropriate. There was one person at the desk who was rude when asked a question about a problem accessing the room but other interactions with them were okay. They should work on maintaining a professional manner. It would be nice to have a safe in the room.
The location was excellent and there was plenty on offer for breakfast that varyied daily (fruit, cereal, make your own waffles, sausages, omelette, potatoes, youghurt, juice, tea/coffee). Rob at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. There were always cleaners around and the hotel was spotless. The cleaners were always friendly. The rooms are large and have a fridge / freezer and there is ice available in the hallway. There is a kettle and sachets of tea / coffee in the room. Additional food and drink is available to buy in the shop tucked in beside the front desk. There was aircon in the room. There are plenty of shops within walking distance. (I recommend Salsa Street for food.) The hotel is near the airport and a taxi (Lynk) should be under $20.

United StatesBreakfast was not great but tolerable. I opted for a bagel and coffee because it’s not hard to mess up, not a fan of the eggs and bacon. Not the property itself. But. They did have an issue with the air conditioning on one of the hottest weeks of the summer so that was not great. However, they did the best they could and were very upfront, honest, and compassionate. I felt bad for the employees because it was just hot everywhere. Rob the GM was very friendly and super apologetic. I know it wasn’t his fault and they had techs come out as soon as they could to resolve the issue as fast as they could.
Staff was nice, room was clean, location is GREAT.
