Getting a little run down- the ice machine and phone in our room were both broken, the club room wasn't cleaned or stocked, the breakfast was disappointing. We arrived at 8:20 (ended at 9) and good was running out- including coffee- with no replacement.

Excellent value! It was a beautiful room with an incredible view of the downtown Tacoma waterfront. The bed was super comfy! The lobby was beautiful - the bar was closed on Sunday but the seating with a fireplace looked great! Overall it was a great value and we would definitely stay here again!

The coffee maker was pathetic. The tea sadly lackinhg. The coffee wasn't drinkable. The toilet handle stuck and ran . Thevqueen size beds felt like a full size bed.

We had cold showers our second day, as the hot water seemed to have run out by 8:30am. One of the elevators was out of service a few times during our stay. There was no microwave in the room, nor on site, so leftovers from the restaurant were essentially wasted.

The hotel was in a convenient location to the highway and walkable to local shops, museums and the convention center. The staff was friendly and housekeeping very prompt. Enjoyed onsite garage/lot parking.

The front desk staff were helpful, but I didn’t find them very warm and welcoming. The noise in the room next to mine made it hard to sleep, but staff helped out in asking them to lower the volume of their tv.

I like the comfort and design of the room. I liked the lobby and free parking.

The elevators were needlessly complicated, and people we know got stuck in one!

We were there for a wedding, and it provided an ideally central location. Great views of Rainier from our room!

The carpet was not very clean, and there was a loud noise coming from the elevator. The room had only one chair and no microwave, which made it less comfortable than expected.

The gym had a broken machine, and my bathroom drain in room 1111 was broken, and I had to use a rag to plug it so my daughters could take a bath.

It was beautiful and the room was super comfortable had a great time with my daughters.

The decor in the lobby, common areas and rooms is greatly in need of a makeover/replacement…it looks old and way past its prime. Carpets are very worn and buckling…creating tripping hazards. Lobby furniture past its useable life…looks old and ratty. Most lighting in our room didn’t work. Room decor needs upgrades as well. This is no longer the “go to” hotel in Tacoma.

The hotel appeared to be an easy walk down to the water. Take care to find the right path.

This hotel hit all the right notes for our dragon boat weekend. Just a short walk to the docks and surrounded by charming antique shops, museums, and restaurant. The room itself? Spotless, quiet, view of the city, and home to the most insanely comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I’ve actually considered calling to ask what brand it was—yes, it was that good! The staff went the extra mile, reaching out via text before our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and answered questions quickly. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and although parking came with an extra fee, they graciously let us leave the car after checkout so we could enjoy the rest of the dragon boat festival stress-free. Top-tier comfort, and a location that made everything easy—this stay was a win from start to finish.

Great room, absolutely loved the different glass artists on each floor. Spent one evening starting at the top and going down to each floor to enjoy.

Pet hair all over the couches & chairs, smelled like dog in the bedroom & pee in the bathroom. Amenities were slim, ice machine was broken, elevators were dirty, some of the patrons were racist &/or just RUDE.

Full of fun art & pretty glass. Great place to grab an easy drink. The 22nd floor had a spectacular view.
