Area was not safe. Radius noise outside well into the night. Room not c!ean. Whoever cleaned the room stole my turbo charger.

The only thing was the bed was comfortable.

Said they didn't have towels, and we could buy some at dollar store. However, the room had one towel. Drug dealers on the property, soliciting us. Exterior was dirty, steps going upstairs had spills on them.

Staff was nice and up front about not having towels and we could see the room before committing. Room appeared clean, but I clorox wiped all surfaces. Searched for other rooms in the area, but nothing was available under $300/night, so we stayed.

You have to pay for extra towels. But I solved that small problem. I went to the local Dollar Tree and bought towels for 1.25 So it's still a win win

Location can't be beat close to lots of restaurants and stores. Great wifi service Staff was great. I complained about the TV. The manager had staff bring a brand new Fire TV. I was able to stream Netflix and Prime. My acct of course. I love the rooms because they have the Kitchen area with refrigerator andelectric stoves that you can cook. I enjoyed being able to make tacos my first night. Overall the price can't be beat. My room was neat and clean.

The loud altercations and chasing around from room to room every night. We may have been the only "visitors" and the only night-sleepers. The residents went to bed between 5-7am, slept all day, then emerged like bats in the early evening to raise hell all night. This is an aging facility dependent on week to week people. I slept better the 2nd night after investing in silicone earplugs stuffed in as tightly as I could.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The staff is very pleasant. Any question I had they answered. If anything was messed up the had a maintenence. Perso. Right there to fix I. They are very nice people and will do there best to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are clean and nice.

It had roaches, bullet hole in the front door and people was knocking at the door at random times through the night , the door latch was completely broken, walls and floor filthy like someone just moved out.
