I expected it to be bad from the reviews I saw. Instead I was surprised at the cleanness of the room. It is definitely in need of updates. The room had zero bugs we inspected everything the linens were very clean. Our cats enjoyed themselves. I am homeless and my autistic son wished we could stay there indefinitely. Unfortunately I don't make enough for that. Shower pressure could be better.

United StatesBathroom amnesties could have been better. One little bar of soap was pretty cheesy. Bars for getting into and out of shower would have been helpful. Tub slippery when wet. Almost fell getting out of the tub. Also when booked room asked for ground floor because I am disabled. Room was on 2nd floor up 10 stairs.
Did not know if there was breakfast or not. Was not told.

It was fine but I did have 2 issues. 1, I asked for a handicap room because the website said that it would have a walk in shower. I have a hard time stepping up over a typical tub shower. The room only had handicap bars around the toilet. If they were also in the shower that would have helped. The other problem was that the water pressure was very low.

United StatesCleaning service had knocked twice at 1057a.m Myself and the women I was traveling with who was my girlfriend were in the middle of having sex and both yelled out we'd be right out. Cleaning service proceeded to enter the room saying ok do you mind if we come in? The women entering the room and I made eye contact who swiftly closed the door and said she'd be right back. Other than that experience so was well with the stay

United StatesMy door although it had been repaired had obviously been kicked in and much outdoor light was leaking , goes with the 2 punch dents with knuckle imprints inside the room speaking to the quality of past clientele. A sign on the door mentioned locking yourself in for security. Honestly I kinda felt unsafe and should have brought something to defend myself.
Liked the bed and the tv was very good. A cockroach was running around my bathtub in the am. Needs just a little mor shelving or a table to get my suitcase off the bed and floor.
