The room was small. There are no drawers to store clothing. The television lighting was dim and could not be adjusted. There were no towels and hand soap when we arrived. They seemed to be short staff, so it took a while to talk to someone. The room seemed to be older than most hotels I've stayed at. The freeway was close by and the noise from it was loud. If you're a light sleeper I would not recommend. You could hear everything going on outside and in the hallways. The pool is small and cold. It connects to the outdoor pool. The photo on the page does not match what it looks like. The hot tub is warm, and the water shoots out up and splashes. You could not enjoy yourself and relax.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant.

Overall it wasn’t worth the money, rent an AirBnB instead and have a better experience.

I usually rent AirBnBs. I’m not sure why I got a hotel this time but it would probably be my last. When I first arrived, the customer before me seemed disturbed by the worker at the front desk. I check in, he requests my ID and card. I’m like cool he’s going to make sure everything checks out. He tells me, “do you have another card this one isn’t going through.” Im like what do you mean I payed for it online. In which he replies, “Oh no we charge a 50 dollar fee which you get back at the end of your stay, there’s a $20 fee included which you won’t get back.” Him and a worker, which I assume was the manager, attempted to explain how this transaction works but I wasn’t believing them. I didn’t see anywhere a $50 would be charged. Anyways he eventually gives my stuff back, has me sign a paper and I receive my room key. Not long after that i want to shower, and let me tell you about the shower. It was so overpowered it felt like being sprayed by and garden hose on the jet mode. The drain could not keep up with the water. I had to play with the knob, pause, in order to get comfortable water pressure. Towels in bathroom were clean, however the towels by the bathroom sink were stained with whatever. The room didn’t have much amenities, two small bottles of water and two Nutrigrain bars. The TV brightness was turned way down for whatever reason. My and the wifey were excited to visit the hot tub, when we got in we were so disappointed that it was a warm tub.

It was alright, nothing special. The bed was nice, along with my room size.

While the room was clean, the common areas of the hotel (e.g., hallways, elevator, etc) were grungy -- there was dust and debris on the baseboards. The elevator was never cleaned the whole time we stayed (hand prints and even lip prints inside), and it made me not want to touch anything.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. It's an older hotel but you can tell management has worked to update it as they can. Staff seemed friendly. It is a good location and it was fairly quiet (unless other guests were in the pool).

No hair dryer or tissues Unexpected no. Refundable “anenities fee” which I didn’t use at all and which will likely keep me from staying there again. Loved the place but am a senior living on a low income and every $20 is precious. This needs to be specified upfront when the booking is made. To not divulge this upfront so that it is obvious is dishonest in my opinion. You think you are booking a room for $110 and by the time all the taxes and hidden fees are added it becomes $150. I don’t care if “all the big chains are doing it”. It is still dishonest

While comfortable the property is showing age: poor lighting in room, furnishings minimal and worn, had to change rooms since sliding door in first one could not fully close or latch. Just seemed overpriced for condition especially with the additional amenities fee.

Native American theme, friendly helpful staff, pool availability & in house good Mexican restaurant.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, and staying here during the balloon fiesta week was extremely expensive.

The hotel is located close to Balloon Fiesta Park, which made it easy to get to and from the event. I also liked the comfy beds and free local beers each night.

No bathroom fan, no windows on the first floor (only a door which has access to outside parking lot- did not feel safe), no trash can in bathroom, $20 “amenity fee” (they say the charge is to access front desk staff, Pool, and alcoholic beverages but even if you don’t drink you don’t have a choice. I’ve never paid an extra fee to talk to front desk staff at a hotel before…), carpets are gross and need cleaning, be sure to check bed size, full size bed does not fit two adults comfortably

One night the couple next to us had a terrible fight at 2 in the morning, he left and she was later taken out. My husband slept through it (hard of hearing) but I was scared to death...I wanted to call the front desk to make sure they were aware of it. It would have helped to have the Front Desk phone number written on the white envelope with the keys, I suggested this and while the young lady at the desk thought it was a good idea, the Manager seems indifferent. I know it was not your fault, but since phones aren't in rooms any more we need to know where to call in an emergency. I was truly shaken my this and almost called 911, but I wasn't sure of the Room number...I understand she is Banned from the Hotel now and he is on Do Not Book. Thank you, and I hope you will implement a new procedure to get your guests the Front Desk phone number for emergencies. I did notice it on the notepad later, but I was trying not to make any noise, for fear she would hear me. She was very aggressive, I actually never heard him or whoever it was.

The layout of the hotel was great, but it definitely needs to be updated with painting and some better furniture with more USB port and outlets.

The woman at the front desk was very sweet and we absolutely loved her! She helped accommodate us with our cancelation from one of our friends. The free drink at the check-in was absolutely a great treat, too.

One elevator in the hotel is a serious design flaw. Each time we needed to leave the hotel, we had to wait a long time for the elevator. We got tired of waiting for the elevator, which had a line of people waiting for it, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and my wife and I both have back issues. The only luggage cart we could locate was being used by a staff member to haul trash. You don't have a trash cart for this? Plus, I didn't like the thought of using the cart for my luggage after it was used to haul trash. One elevator for the entire hotel is seriously a deal breaker from me booking again.

My wife is Native American, so she really appreciated the artistic touches around the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly.
