The layout of the hotel felt a little wonky but they are under construction so that can't be helped.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly and attended to us promptly. Housekeeping staff I met were all nice. Was pleased that the vending machines were well stocked and the room we stayed in was clean and quiet.

Seriously I have been staying with 3 different hotels in this very area. This has been the most satisfying one. This place was recently furbished, so no obvious stains or unpleasant smells lingering around. The bedding was quite comfortable. The most wonderful point is the relative quietness of the A/C oh boy there are just so many awful A/C noises in my previous business trips or even vacation experiences. The staff were super nice and helped us through quite a surprising emergency, thanks everyone around. The breakfast was basically a little of everything, definitely delicious, I personally recommend the scrambled eggs! Not watery, just right to be smooth and tender, fresh eggs used.

The room was a bit small for 3 people in a double room. And I wish there had been a small table and chairs to eat at.

Staff, hotel and room was wonderful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was better than expected, especially the pancakes, fresh bacon and sausage. Bed and linens were so comfortable. And I love that all bathroom products were Dove.

The breakfast sucked and I booked a room with a bed and a let out couch for the kids but the room didn’t have a let out couch and the original room she sent us to already had someone staying in it when I opened the door with the key card

I paid $150ish for a king bed/room. I thought for the price it would’ve of been more sound proof. I could hear my neighbors tv all night and I can’t sleep unless it quiet. Also they were doing some renovations so I couldn’t find breakfast. I opted for road food instead.

I liked the spaciousness of the room I stayed in. The staff was friendly and it was right off the interstate so it was convenient and I really needed some rest. The bed was comfy.

I was given the wrong room from what I booked and then I was told there were no other rooms comparable to the one I booked and I was given “cots/roll away beds”. I also was not aware the hotel was being renovated.

The staff is not very knowledgeable. It took the staff member 10 minutes to find my reservation. Then my room key magically stopped working, I went to the front desk and the staff member was asking me all these extra questions. It’s like look, you checked me in now you’re acting like you don’t know me or that isn’t my room. I didn’t like that at all. Just fix the keys please that’s it. Also pool was not open.

The room was super clean and up to date, I love that about the room. Had a mini fridge and microwave. King size Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when I’m in town.

the room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. we arrived in town and had a short time frame ti get ready for a wedding. this was cut even shorter because we had to wait for the room. there was no coffee in the morning and they kept running out of food

We accidentally made a reservation for the wrong hotel that was 4 hours away from us. There were no other rooms available for the same hotel in the correct location and they would not reimburse us. I have reached out to booking.com to fix this issue and I have not heard back from them or the hotel.
