The property is located in the middle of paradise. I wanted my daughter's first visit to Hawaii to include an opportunity to have some private space to experience the beauty of the land there and this property was the perfect answer! It was designed for comfort and the decks and yards with the beauty of the trees and wildlife were such a special gift to enjoy. We enjoyed sunrises and all the little friends who visited the deck and yard. There is a true Aloha spirit about this home and the people who support it. Mahalo for everything!

There’s a few suggestions that could improve the quality of stay, as well as help the homeowners maintain their house. The gravel driveway was rough on our rental car, mainly because there was bigger rocks than usual, maybe use smaller rocks, especially in the carport, we couldn’t park in there. Also, an outdoor shower would be great, nothing fancy just maybe something like they have at beaches, but with a shower head to rinse all the sand out from clothes and hair so as not to clog the showers in door, we tried out best to rinse at beaches but couldn’t take everything off since there is no privacy. And I know we are there for vacation, but on the rainy days it would have been nice to have TV’s in the other rooms as to separate the kids who want to watch cartoons and teens who want to watch different movies than the adults.

I love that the property was surrounded by trees and nature… hearing the birds throughout the day and other smaller creatures singing was just so peaceful. Even the rain in the mornings sounded wonderful. The house itself was beautiful and so much room for a big family. The kids enjoyed playing outside.

Birds are loud early in the morning, but they provide earplugs, which are also nice to wake up to.

This property is on a beautiful fruit farm and is incredibly spacious. The decks surrounding the house are perfect for lounging and having breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Air hockey and board games are just added bonuses to enjoy.

Location and facilities. We are a volleyball team and wanted a large room where girls could stay together. Also large living area and wrap around deck for leisure time. Girls were comfortable here and staff had plenty room too. Full kitchen facilities and dining area were ample. Easy check in and check out process. Jade and her team left us an aloha message with a nice box of chocolates. Communication with rental staff was excellent. Beautiful place for rest and relaxation! Mahalo nui

The water pressure for the shower was light in the guest bathroom.

Having breakfast with the beautiful and lush scenery was an amazing experience. The house was very spacious and beautiful.

The house was beautiful and our family of 13 fit comfortably. Jade and her team thought of everything— the house had everything you could think of. Had plenty of towels, blankets even shampoo, conditioner, dish liquid and detergent to wash. The property was beautiful and we could pick the fresh fruit— we made lemonade daily (when we weren’t dead tired from our day😂). I would definitely come back without any hesitation. Thank you Jade for making our family vacation so memorable.

The bath tub was dangerous. No hand rails to support a person and the tub was very slippery. Dangerous for the elderly who don't have firm footing . I loved the basins.

The location was excellent for us. Our function was in Laupahoehoe which made it an excellent commute. The place is idyllic with many fruit trees as advertised. I liked the bamboo trees outside my window. Very tranquil and relaxing-- like I was floating in the wster. Close to Hilo for shopping and dining. No place for breakfast other than a mom/pop place. Nothing fancy but we did not partake of their fare. Also opened at 10 which was inconvenient for us.

The location is good. We wanted to visit Akaka Falls during our stay and this house is right down the road from it (5 min). It is 11 mi from Hilo.
