For the $1000 + price I paid for just a 4 night stay, you would think I'd get more value for my buck. Parking was $25 per night but there is plenty of free street parking across from the hotel. You get housekeeping in your room after 3 days. Rooms are a bit on the tinier side and the restroom set up was ridicolious. Bathroom sink was on the outside of of the shower/toilet.

Beds were comfy. Hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. Staff was very friendly. Location of this hotel was amazing. Less than 15 mintues from all the major attractions.

Our refrigerator did not work when we arrived and I let them know and they changed it out for a bigger one while we were gone. Parking is only valet and 52 dollars I think it is ridiculous that hotel guest have to pay that much especially for a garage that is not even the hotels.

Old style feel but up to date and very nice and location to french quarter was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We weren’t made aware that there wasn’t parking and had to pay either $46 a night for public or $52 for valet which adds on $150 to the trip.

The location was decent and the room was clean. The only thing was when we checked the underside of our mattresses there was a pair of boys underwear that the cleaning lady missed.

There wasn’t a gym facility. I try to workout even when I’m on vacation so an onsite gym or even a partnership with a close facility would have been great.

A little noisy some nights because of a parade in the street outside. Would have liked more storage space in the room e.g. a chest of drawers to unpack clothes into.

Comfy beds, friendly staff, great location in easy walking distance of the French Quarter. Nice cafe next door for breakfast (the Ruby Slipper).

No problems whatsoever at the hotel, but the attached restaurant di not get our reservation so we had to wait a little longer than expected.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. We have used this hotel on three separate occasions and each time it has been superb. We will come baack again

I thought the lighted picture of the girl when we first walk in was a little weird - she looked startled, scared...not happy. The table was tiny. We brought food in and one of us had to eat in bed - no big deal. Maybe the alcove could have an inset table where a person could read without disturbing someone sleeping.

Liked the lighted mirror alcove. Liked the bathroom. Liked the drink/refrigerator at end of the little hall. Like the simple but elegant decor.

My room didn't have a window and felt gloomy and stuffy. The hotel didn't have any hot water for the first two nights of my stay due to a "plumbing issue." Even after it was supposedly fixed, the hot water situation was touch and go for the remainder of my stay.

Our toilet clogged twice and our friends’ toilet clogged once. It seemed excessive for regular bowel movements.

We didn't like that it took the shower quite a bit of time to get hot water. Also, we were not big fans of the partial shower door style as we always had a water mess on the floor to clean up after showering.

The location was great for the things that we were wanting to see and experience, all within walking distance. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. And the room itself was spacious enough for us with a nice, comfy bed. They offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, if we should still have some exploring to do. We also enjoyed the restaurant that is connected to the hotel.

Refrigerator didn’t work and there was no replacement. Unable to keep cold drinks or food in room. My car was housed off site, at $52/day, that made it inaccessible to me. I had left items in the car and someone in the garage had to go in and retrieve items for me. I received what I requested, but a little inconvenient.

The hotel was very ‘New Orleans’. Centrally located so easy walk to French Quarter sites. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower head was located in a place where the water would get on the floor when you took a shower. It was hard to control the temperature of the room, cooling or heating it. The hotel ran out of extra blankets for guests.

Close to everything. We could walk almost anywhere. The rooms were good size, clean and comfortable.
