Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was very small and the bed sounded like a drum and wasnt real comfortable.
One of the cleanest places along that stretch of town. It was a little rough area but never felt unsafe. They kept it very clean around the rooms and the room itself was clean. If you just need a place to sleep and then go it will be perfect.

Only real issue was the thin flat metal bed trim around the bed footing. Just created a weird noise and was a weird choice.
Incredible value for the proximity to downtown and cleanliness. Super quick check-in. The location was a little sketchy, but wasn’t as concerned with security due to the hotel layout.

Neighborhood seemed safe but did not feel safe, need gates. Could not enter lobby even in daytime which made you feel unsafe. Couldn't find staff to check in at 4 pm, had to hunt them down, could not reach anyone by phone.
Very clean. Nothing fancy but had necessities.

The location was sketchy and difficult to find. No amenities whatsoever except hand soap. A few fast food joints that were only open as drive through at 7pm.The "sitting area was about 4 x 5 in front of the air conditioning unit. Chairs were plastic stack type., those had to be used for luggage. Electrical outlets for charging not good, In order to use bathroom person on opposite side and to walk sideways. There was one overhead light, curtains needed to be open. This facaility was not what we expect when booking with Booking.com
The room was clean. WiFi and Cable connections were good. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy. The shower had good pressure.

one of the beds had took up most of the space between the wall to get to the restroom but we managed to sqeeze through it and it wasnt a big deal
bed was super soft and comfortable the room was clean and roomy and the pillows was nice and soft restrooms was clean and spacious and close to several shopping centers and near the freeway and it was not noisey nice and quiet stay

Locks on motel room doors must be changed so that only guest-issued card works to open door everytime. Front desk attendant had to open my room for me twice during my stay.

I noticed a bad odor when I entered the room. I requested a change but that was not honored. There is a damp musty smell in the bath. I noticed a smoke or burn stain on the bath fan and a stain on the wall behind the toilet I couldn't remove with cleaning. I had to reset the clock on microwave twice due to the power going out when I was gone. The Wifi signal was lost on a few occasions.The toilet began draining slowly, and I requested maintenance and was brought a plunger and asked to do the job myself. After insisting, housekeeping took care of the issue. My security door entry alarm went off during my stay when I was away. The motel did not answer the phone for more than 15 minutes. When I did speak with them from work, they said nothing happened although my alarm system showed door entry.
Staff was friendly. Location is generally quiet at night.

I love the hotel I've stayed there before but this time I went to the hotel, the lady gave me the key to the room and when i open the door to my room it was so nasty that it never was clean, they had food and trash on the table and the bed was not made. I went back to let the lady know about the room being not clean she had an attitude and gave me another room after she went to check the room. When I made it to the new room she gave me the room was stankey and the bed was also, when I reported the room to her over the phone she yell and screaming saying come get your money back and she put me out the room
