The only downside would be the parking lot in front of the building is small, but there is additional parking across the street.

Our room view was fantastic, overlooking the pool area and the ocean! Great view for morning sunrise also. Beds and room look recently updated and was very clean.

Too many rules. Too many fines. I get not smoking inside. I have never smoked inside, that smell is atrocious .However not being allow to smoke on the balcony is crazy. Cuz the "smoke area" sits right at rooms and under balconies. Also to have to pay a $59 cleaning fee for every booking... One would expect not to have dirty fingerprints around the light switch or AC or on the counters or dirty dishes with an odd odor. Also no one in person for reception.

Had to change rooms due over powering mildew smell. Second room had ants in kitchen. Only wash cloth we had was dirty. No towels, no toilet paper. No elevator

The pool was cold, the entry process was difficult, and no staff was on sight, and the deadbolt had no keeper in the jamb, and the flooring was coming up and the closet door was off the jamb and the closet was un usable!

There is no elevator, the stairs are old and not even, the Wi-Fi code didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t work and I spent 1 hour programming it, the kitchen is old and the cabinets have evidence of an old roach infestation, the sofa bed was broken and had sand and mildew once opened, to enter the interior of the property you have an access code to the lobby but have to go through 2 doors and 2 pool gates… not fun when you have suitcases and hands full.

The location and views are excellent. The room was spacious and the pool was very refreshing. It’s nicely manicured and nice landscaping. The communication with the manager was good.. all handled via text. Very accommodating.

We received a message telling us we couldn’t have the windows or door to our balcony open during our stay. Some people like to enjoy the sound of the ocean while sleeping and it was really upsetting when we was told we couldn’t even if we turned the AC off.

Love that the property is right on the beach! Made the stay great.

The bedroom blinds were missing some and the hotel next to us could see in. The AC didn’t work for the first 3 days.

no elevator had to carry our luggage across the pool area up 3 flights of stairs! no staff on property, small parking lot if you didn’t get a spot early you had to park in the sand or across the street

The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The location is great, right on the beach! no elevator, but we didn’t mind. We would stay here again.

There was a few things broken in the room. Blinds damaged, cabinet door missing, ceiling fan didn’t work, dehumidifier didn’t work.

The balcony door was streaky, the balcony was crooked and felt unsafe, the floors were not swept, the fridge was dirty. I went on the beach once and when I swept the floor after me, there was way more dirt and a lot of bugs. Decided to sweep the entire floor for the next customers.

The room had a lot of space, more than we expected. Location was quiet and right near the beach.

Our room could have used a few more knives/forks. a sponge to do dishes. Boring decorating. Sliding door was hard to move.

The suite had obviously been damaged in the hurricane. while I could see they were working on it, it was def not ready to be rented. the suite/furniture looked nothing like photos except the bedroom.

Better directions should be given about the code and how to enter the room. There are two panels. Which one do you use. We didn't think the one below the knob worked. We touched it and it did not light up. Floor in the bathroom looks dirty. No extra toilet paper and we almost ran out. No extra blankets for the bed. Most of the parking is in the sand.
