Location:- Booking.com has it as something like 1 mile from downtown, felt like about 4, Ubers around $10. With the word 'New' in its name you may think its modern and fresh, don't believe it, the hotel is threadbare and dated. The room whilst 'roomy' (two queens) felt dirty and a bit smelly. Overall not a pleasant experience and to be honest it felt insecure my advice would be to spend a bit more cash and stay downtown and save on the Ubers. 3 nights of the zoofest cost about $70 all in.

You could tell it had patch work done and stuff was repainted. Quality was poor…. Our bathroom also had mold on the ceiling and walls. Shower also wasn’t clean. The breakfast also was a huge disappointment.

I wasn't really pleased that I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to check me in, the batteries for the tv remote were going out. The elevator is slow, I do enjoy staying here though.

The pool was pretty descent but small, the room was good size and comfortable, with a nice desk, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, with multiple pillow options.

A bit off the highway. Husband said bathroom in lobby was dirty.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable! Air was on and cold when we got in(thank you!) small but clean bathroom. Zero funky smells🎉and good breakfast in a.m. a bit off 80 but faster back on in am headed west. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great value.

The guy at the front desk wasn't very friendly and was on an earpiece phone, so didn't know he was on the phone talking. The pool water and pool room were both very cold. There wasn't many tables or much space to eat breakfast at.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There is lots of shopping areas and eating places close to the hotel.

No complaints-everything met our expectations.

This was our second stay here and it meets the need of a comfortable bed, clean, comfortable room for a one night stay while travelling across the country. There are not a lot of frills- breakfast is what we have all come to expect when it is complimentary. The attendants that we did come across were friendly enough-we generally come in late and leave early. The room was quiet and we were well rested the next morning. There is an outstanding grocery store across the street which was great for supplies. Our needs were met.

The bathtub had a big black ring around it, which should be scrubbed. The desk clerk was a little rude, but perhaps it was just his personality.

I liked the huge bed, microwave, and refrigerator. The room was very roomy.

Entire facility was run down and in need of a face-lift. Breakfast had little in the way of healthy, nutritional choices. There were other patrons eating who carried their cats with them as they ate and touched all the items in the room--toaster, milk, cereal dispenser, etc. YUK. Is this not a health code violation??

The grounds were not nice at all. When making the reservation I let it be known we were traveling with 2 pets. I received an email saying they would accommodate them with no extra cost. I was charged 25.00 per pet. The gentleman at the front counter is quite rude and probably shouldn't be in a customer service position.

Apparently, you must go to breakfast early as there wasn't much available later. Desk clerk wasn't very friendly and it felt like he was put out to explain where our room was and he didn't mention any of the amenities, like the pool and breakfast. Couch had suspicious stains. Ick. TV wasn't HD..

The pool was small and overcrowded so my kids didn't want to swim. The breakfast room was very warm and didn't have much to offer at the later hours.

Nice comfy beds! The shower was warm and had great pressure.
