room was small, but not surprisingly so. there was no room for hanging clothes in the "closet" so that could be a deal breaker for some.

Staff are SO lovely. Bar is super cool. Included breakfast next door is lovely (except they don't open early, so you can't rely on them for morning coffee)

There was a bit of noise from the next door room--which was the first time I've experienced that at The Frederick. However, I was still able to sleep without a problem.

The room was not comfortable. Been to NYC 20+ times so know rooms are small. This room was literally at the end and back of the hotel. AC was not working properly. Most importantly, the room was noisy from upstairs and next door neighbors.

Location is good, close to a couple of subway lines. The breakfast was great!

It is not a five-star hotel. The rooms are excessively small and uncomfortable. Despite the refurbishment, it is an old facility. Maybe 4 stars would be more correct.

I'm wondering if the hotel can possibly establish an arrangement with the parking facility across he street. STP was a bit of a walk in the rain, and they don't have a pedestrian entryway.

Breakfast is free but not great. Fair if you just want to have some scramble eggs and some fruits. Nothing very special.

WE loved our stay and the staff was in general very nice with us. Early check-in was not possible but we were able to leave our bags on the locker. Location is great, not far from the Freedom tower and walking distance from the Chelsea. But the best form us was to stay far away of the time square area and enjoy the Tribeca new yorker style. Great deal!

I did not like the confusing parking at 101 Murray Street. I called the hotel several times and the instructions were vague so when we picked up our car the parking overnight was $100 dollars!!! I was told by the person at the front desk to use a code but again, nothing seemed to worked and that was the only issue with our stay as I know, had instructions been clearer, we would have received a better parking rate.

loved the location and really loved having Serafina nextdoor. We met friends at our hotel and enjoyed happy hour and then came back later for drinks at Serafina.

Rooms were nice but bathroom were on the tiny side. Breakfast was included which was great but staff was rude and not interested. If you like to get scolded over apparently sitting at a table they don’t want you to sit at, join their breakfast in the morning.

Location and hotel were wonderful, very friendly staff. Subway is closeby.

We had asked for a twin room but were given a double room. Also even though there were two people staying in each room there was only one Bath robe and one pair of slippers in each room.

although the rooms were small they were more than adequate for our needs, we were only in the city for 4 days so spent all day and into the evening out touring only returning to rest/sleep. The beds were comfortable and well decorated, bathrooms again were a good standard. Location was great, subway right outside of hotel so easy to travel around the area, also within walking distance to most places if your happy to put in the steps.
