Staff was not polite at the front desk rather rude, room service was very bad including house keeping

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Very poor customer service. The fridge in the room was very loud and would wake you up. The food was not up to the standard for how much you are paying.

At check-in, they gave me a different room than the one I reserved, and I heard that there were no rooms. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I received the room I reserved

The new stile in the management of the service The room service is terrible The restaurant have the same menu of the room service …. The concierge is a referral agent not at your service … Like many other like the lobby at the street and the security team … But now the property is soo crowded imposible

No issues. Haven't given a higher review as don't think the size of this hotel would suit everyone. Conferences, school trips and generally very busy.

Good size room for NYC. 2 doubles plus a sofa bed gave a family of 4 plenty of room. Location right off Times Square, surrounded by Broadway theatres. Very big and busy hotel but works well, lifts very good, check in smooth, no issues. Did not have breakfast at hotel as so many good diners close by.

Reception was poor. An hour to check in is ridiculous. Slow to check out as well with no opportunity for fast track.

Concierge was wrong with his subway information. We inquired about the 7 day unlimited pass and he said they no longer offered it. He advised to swipe each time with a credit card. After our third day of using the subway and our credit card we found out there is a $34 - 7 days unlimited pass. It would have saved our family of 5 $120

I did not like that I had extra bedding for my sofa bed in the closet but it was dirty with hair on it. I also did not like the vale service while checking out. I understand the system was down at that time but I think that there should be an alternate way to pay for parking when the computer system is down.

I liked the luxury feel of the hotel. I liked how it was clean and the staff were friendly as well. I enjoyed the $30 credit for food as well as the tickets for the big bus tour and the Madame Tussaud’s wax museum. It was really fun!

The noise in the hallway and from lower levels of the hotel that sounded like they were in the room with me made it difficult to sleep. The noise from outside is to be expected but the noise in the hallways was unexpected.

I loved being right in the heart of Times Square. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Times Square.

We arrived back to out room at 4pm and our room had still not been serviced. As we wanted to rest before going out we had to forgo a service.

Great location, with everything on its doorstep from Westend shows and great places to eat to subways, taxis and more. Very quiet room for it's location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Didn’t like the 11am checkout. Called to ask for another hour which we were willing to pay for and told simply no. Don’t agree with the $40 per day extra charge

I booked the room through booking.com and got loads of confirmation emails from Marriott and booking.com. when we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation. It was my wife's 60th birthday weekend and it all centered around the room over looking time square. After scrambling for about 10 minutes with the reception desk, we were informed that we actually had 2 bookings and that is what caused the problem. That did not make sense but at the end of the day we got our room and it all worked out. It was just frustrating that after a long day of work and the 3 hour train to New York we were greeted with a big no!
