Bathroom door sqweeked every time it opened or closed so it would wake you up if you were sleeping if someone used it. Could not connect to wifi no matter what we tried.

The pool, breakfast was OK but their coffee could be improved.

The hallways had a mildew-like odor. There were no elevators. Some doors leading from outside were broken so they did not lock. There was heavy police activity during the stay with an officer hiding behind a wall surveilling a suspect. Waited until that ceased to enter the property.

The price was reasonable.

the staff does not make you feel welcome. The coffe maker in our room is broken and the staff did not do anything to resolve it. The shower head is too low. If you are over 5 foot over you have to bend over to shower. Breakfast as they call it is terrible. Same breakfast for 3 days. Artificial eggs. No tea available. Floors are sticky. They said they have bar in house but there is nothing in it. Ambience is not inviting.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway of my building. And the very small square pillows on the bed!!! Although the room shows breakfast included. And the sign says breakfast 6am-9am No breakfast appeared to be prepared when I checked out at 6:50 am

Location is great. Arrived around 3 am checked out by 6:50am paid full price plus incidentals. Wasn’t enough time to analyze full property.

heating unit didn't work, hot water went off half way through my shower, counters were not clean by suite sink, no internet in room only lobby.

Bed was comfortable and clean so was the bathroom. Ease to highway.

The bath tub looked old and you could feel the springs of the matrace when I laid down. But I actually slept well on it.

Staff didnt communicate very much just passed a slip to sign. Would e loved for a family of four the beds to be bigger or there to be an easier way to contact for room service. (phone in the room)

No landline phones in room so no contact with the lobby unless you walked there..problematic wifi didn't help the situation either.

The breakfast was good...unfortunately not too much else was.

Sewer gas was coming from the broken sink. I had to plug up with kleenex. The entire room had a peculiar smell. All the ice machines were broken except 1 and when I found it it did not meet my expectations so no ice. Breakfast was so pitiful we didn't even go to breakfast when we were checking out.

The door had a broken bolt, the telephone did not work and the room was smelly. I asked to be moved to another room, but in the new room, there was a full kitchen, a an electric stove with pots and pans, knives, cups, plates and a dishwasher!!

Had to ask for 2 days to get the room cleaned and new towels. Arrived on a Wednesday and didn’t have the room cleaned until Saturday.

It was close to where we needed to be and close to places we wanted to go like mystic and the beach

Very noisy at night. Near a nightclub/bar. Loud people walk outside late at night, including bouncing a basketball. The morning after my first night, I asked room service to come back in a half hour as I was finishing dressing a leaving within 15 minutes. I did not receive room service the 4 days of my stay.

It was not Al it advertised. The pool was freezing cold. The lounge was open but not staffed. The a/c and stove didn’t work in the room. The building itself seems old and in need of being updated.

The property was located in a good area to where we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly.

Light bulb missing in the night table lamp. Little insects in bathroom. The breakfast...go eat somewhere else.

Excellent location. I was leaving my daughter at Connecticut College. Very close to Target, mall and restaurants. Comfortable beds.
