Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room with the single queen, the bed was not comfortable. All other beds were great!
Connivence of the location and the parking was amazing, loved the privacy and no crowds also.

The condo was spacious and welcoming. The owner was available when we had some questions. I love the labeling on where things are like what the light switches were for. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Hot water did not last long at all. I took a 15 minute shower and it instantly went to freezing cold within minutes of being in.
I loved the fact that I had access to a full size kitchen that included the pots and pans. I also appreciated the access to the towels, indoor pool, and even the air mattress.

We have no complaints at all.
Your property was absolutely beautiful, the home was fully stocked with all of the necessary items and the beds were clean and comfortable. We literally had everything that we needed plus more. The location of the condo was minutes away from all of the attractions and the condo was nice and quiet. The hosts were very attentive and were available upon request if needed. We will definitely stay again if we ever visit the city in the future.

The condo was super nice and had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas and they even had a Christmas tree set up for us which was so thoughtful and much appreciated since we have small kids and were worried about having to run to Walmart for a cheap tree to decorate! The condo was clean and pretty spacious! There was parking right outside our door. We didn’t end up needing to contact the hosts, but they told us how to contact them if needed. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on staying here again in the future!

That the pool was closed Christmas Eve.

This condo has a lot of recent renovations. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the second floor had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It was as described by the owners. They were very helpful with advice about the area.

Disappointed to find this condo required stairs to access on 2nd floor. The commodes are very low to the ground and the bath tub has very high rim. Not easy if you have physical disabilities.
The location is perfect. Convenient to everything. Easy in and easy out. The two king beds are very comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Furnishings of high quality. You will not be disappointed.
