No Kettle, so no Tea making facilities, so if you don't drink coffee you're stuffed. Also they need to change the signage that advertises "Continental Breakfast" as they do not offer this facility.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Lovely great big fridge, for a motel room! Great walks, Lombard Street is just round the corner, good photo opportunity!

The Motel is in desperate need of some TLC. But I guess this is reflected in the price you pay. It's perfectly adequate but don't expect 5 star, the rooms need a redecoration and some much needed love.

The location is great, and parking is super helpful to have. Easy walking distance (20-30mins) to most places. The bed was very comfy and clean towels each day. Powerful shower too.

The light switch in the entrance hall of our bedroom didn't work so it was always dark when we entered the room.

Good location to go everywhere in the city. Nice room. Nice neighbourhood. We appreciated the fridge and microwave in the bedroom

Location ok to most things, you can walk, they offered free parking which is good in SF. Close there are restaurants, pharmacies and other stores. Public transportation close.

The second room was very dated. The hairdryer started smoking when we turned it on, taps, plugs, towel rails were all a bit loose

We had two rooms one of which was very bright and modern . Off road parking was a great bonus

The shower water pressure & volume was very low and took a very long time to even get warm.

Great location, within walking distance to the pier area and NE San Francisco. Lots of cute shops and restaurants in the area too.

Room is not very clean some dusty and dirty spots and fridge doesn't work well, windows blinds or wood covers are loose and danger for kids, in bathroom the shower handle have a missing screw and shower handle works opposite, I mean cold water is hot water and hot water is really cold

I like the location, the apariance of the new or remodeled rooms, the ac works ok. Place is quite to be a hotel, big rooms and comfortable beds.

The Wi-Fi connection was unstable anf it was difficult to carry on your online work/video call from the hotel room.. Although I complained about it, there was no improvement.

It was a fifty buck room in a city where parking some can be that on its own. It's not the Ritz (and I would know), but it's perfectly functional.

Bed was enormous and plenty comfortable. Parking was free and we had no trouble. Shower was ok. Check in was a bit weird, coz the guy wasn't there, but he answered the phone when we called and we got into our room just fine.

Wasn’t cleaned properly (had lipstick on the door frame) and very much gave off a “lip stick on a pig vibe.” Didn’t have a proper duvet either…

Internet is basically useless, it stops working every 5 minutes.

Room size is ok. It smells a little weird, maybe because it lacks of ventilation.

The chair was missing a wheel, a hole in the carpet & a burn mark on the carpet but don't let this put you off from staying there, it was clean and comfortable and the position of the Motel was also great and it also felt safe.

The room was clean & comfortable but was a little basic it did suit our needs, and the staff were always courteous polite, and welcoming. The position of the motel was good as it was always easy to catch a bus or tram to wherever we needed to go. I would stay there again if we ever went back to San Fransisco.

Very noisy, uncomfortable bed, tap kept dripping loudly at night. Decor really dated felt like I was at my Nans house.
