We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Nothing really, the room wasn’t perfectly clean but it was clean enough for my liking. The construction going on makes it a little hard to get in and out but I didn’t leave often

Location was good but the road construction around it made it hard to get in and out of rhe lot. Cigarette burns in the comforter and Cigarette odor in a Non-smoking room.

All the construction around the place made it difficult to get in and out.
Clean, comfortable, had coffee made in office early in the morning.

The heater/ac didn't work too well. Fortunately it was not very cold. The heater took forever to blow warm air and the LCD display was damaged or defective so you had to guess what temperature you set the thermostat. Definitely needed to be repaired or probably replaced. Room was prepaid by my attorney's firm and the man at the front desk was telling me different. Called my attorney ( thank God I got in before they went home) she spoke to him and I am not going to speculate on the problem, but it WAS paid in advance and was straightened out immediately. FREE breakfast is about what you'd expect so I went to McDonald's.
Comfy bed, clean towels, tv worked well. Coffee maker in room. Elevator with luggage cart to move my things instead of having to lug all my stuff up stairs like many other places. I'm

I stayed 2 nights and they never came to pick up trash or bring new towels. When checking in 2 people were working, they both asked me multiple times if I had any pets. Every time they asked I said no. Just unhelpful and a little rude.

it didn’t have a mini fridge and it was a non-smoking room that had obviously been smoked in.
it was easy to get to and I really like the price in the room was nicely updated as far as the bathroom vanity and shower ago and the flooring. Also the front desk manager that checked me in late at night did an excellent job.

This is by no means a reflection of staff, the one thing I found disconcerting was the color scheme. That's my personal opinion. I don't like the color orange.
The room was immaculate. Every item in place. Whoever set this room did it with a sense of pride, and attention to detail.

Way too expensive for what you get I mean you could get a five-star hotel for less than this but I really didn't want to stay in Dallas or fort Worth.

Stayed 4 nights and not once did housekeeping check if I needed anything. This was during an ice/ snow storm, but they were out doing rooms on the second day after it started and by day 3, was mostly melted. Heard other guests screaming at each other at like 1:30 am, slamming doors. The next day there were people on upper level arguing with someone in the parking lot over smoking I think. Saw man on upper level give double middle finger to woman in lot. At one point, I heard him say "call the cops".
Basic motel with little amenities. Room had a fridge, but no microwave as rooms vary to what's available.
