Great restaurant was closing. Did not have the opportunity to dine this time. Previous experience, restaurant and service were wonderful. I Will have to arrive earlier. service was excellent .

The gentlemen at the front desk was so kind to my daughter and me. We traveled to Norwalk to attend the funeral for a beloved young woman. The gentlemen who checked me in and out of the hotel was very compassionate and helpful. Our hearts were broken, and he was sensitive to our reason for being in Norwalk. Unfortunately, I did not ask his name. I am hoping you can look at your records for March 4 - March 5 to find the gentleman's name. He was an angel.

We specifically called the hotel before booking to check for hard wired internet connection (secured as needed to work) and it was confirmed. Though the question sent over messenger was not answered. On arrival, the room we got did not have one. Next room had the outlet, but it was not live. The third room finally had it. The same repeated on our second stay three days later. Despite we were promised to get the same room (with working outlet), it was not available. Finally, it worked out, but 5 rooms change (for 2 stays) without certainty. The staff was very accommodating and willing to resolve the situation. Still, it is a bit of hassles for "business center" - NO SECURE Wi-Fi and sporadic rooms with hard-wired (secure) internet outlets.

Only thing was the furniture was a bit tired, and the room a little small, however adequate.

Family owned and staff who has been there for 30+ years. Food was amazing, Staff very pleasant. The whole facility was very clean. The bed was comfortable as well.

The heat wasn’t on in the room when I got in at 11pm (it’s winter). I had to blast it in order for the room to heat up sooner than later. The pillows on the bed were not appropriate for a king sized bed, too small.

Great location for what I needed. Check-in at any hour. Good sized TV & good sized bath tub. Very nice toiletries provided. Convenient amenities like microwave and small refrigerator in room.

Cleaning staff uses cleaning products in excess. Smell sometimes is overwhelming. It’s like they are preparing for outbreak of cholera. It is, of course, a joke.

It was easy to book the room. I got dizzy driving home to Pennsylvania, realized I couldn’t drive anymore. I called to hotel, explained the situation and employee told me that room is available. When I came, I was able to walk to my room right away. Also, I would like to mention, that interior of the hotel looks pleasant

The room's heating system needs improvement. Room was quite cool upon arrival and it took a long time for the room to attain an adequate level of warmth. Even then it didn't adequately warm up the bathroom. I have never seen a split on the ceiling. The ones I have seen in people's homes are on the walls. In fact, I have never seen in an inn/hotel.

Reception could have informed us about the extra deposit they put on hold when they charged our card.

The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for months. Pillows were great also.

The rooms were mostly geared towards the corporate market - no adjoining rooms for families

While the service was slow, the breakfast was worth the wait. We were a large family party of 14, but we were looked after and staff were happy and smiling (most of the time)

Staff was not helpful. We chose a room that is the same for 2, 3 or 4 persons. By mistake we ticked the box for 4 persons. The staff charged us for 4 persons even if we are only 2. Saying they can't change anything, because we booked via Booking.com. They didn't even try :-(

Room was ok. Didn't use restaurant or breakfast. Big parking lot.
