Bathroom toilet was busted, shower drain was atrocious, pee in the elevator and this place used to be actually nice

Entry to hotel lot was hard to find and gate difficult to get opened. The room was pretty bare and worn, the outer windows did not close and were pretty dirty. The bedding was clean but also very basic.

my first night i was in room 332, that was november 9th. that room was filthy. dirty finger marks on the light plates, filthy counter, dirty marks on the walls. my last stay on the 13th was good. the room was clean and i slept better,but still kept my shoes on.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was no lightbulb in one of the lamps. It smelled like old stale carpet, curtains and furniture. There was no continental breakfast as indicated online. Not even coffee! The refrigerator had a bug in it and made loud noise that continued off and on ALL NIGHT! The window screens were cut and we didn’t feel safe leaving the windows open.

The heater got nice and hot but it was leaking so there was always a puddle water on the floor that we had to wipe up occasionally so we wouldn'tstep in it with our socks or barefoot. I'm giving a low rating because there was some long hair in the bathtub and neither me or my fiancée have long straight hair, there were several live ants crawling on the walls and a lot of dead ants stuck on the walls and ceiling of the shower and on the bathroom walls, the microwave wasn't clean my lady actually had to clean it first before we could heat up our food.. I stayed at this same extended stay on Xmas Eve and I was satisfied with the accommodations, etc.. This time around we were very disappointed with the conditions.. ☹️

my bathroom was infested with roaches and the other room had cigarette burns on the counter and the floor had a bad smell.

The fact you advertised breakfast and the facility said they haven't served breakfast in over 2 years. also the common areas in this hotel were disgusting.i seen sheets in the elevator that had human waste on them. Just really a really dirty place.

The rooms were decent and tv had plenty of channels. Also check in was smooth and the white guy at desk was funny and he did his job exceptionally.

That the face towel was dirty and had piece hair on it. The shower curtain inside on back had mildew on the bottom and in the sink if u look where pretend if the water was filled up and where will go where the three hole are think call drain not sure it look like they had black ants that was there but if u look they had died and u could see the dead ants.

Room is clean but the hallway smells real bad. Cigarette smoke entering our room was very annoying. We had to get air refresher from reception and spray it in the entire room. No breakfast at this hotel.

Room is clean.The receptionist was a very nice woman.I don't know her name but she was a black woman. We met her on Monday 09/12 around 7pm & Tuesday 09/13 at 1 pm. I would give her 10/10
