Put sign out for room to be cleaned. Had to get clean towels from front desk. Never took care of room. Lack of close parking

I did not like the smell of people smoking. You smell it through the hotel. Why can’t they enforce this restriction? Hotel stunk like smoking does. Also they seem to have a problem with keeping up with laundry.

The room was not clean fully. It had sand on the floor, dust on the soap dispensers in the bathroom. Air vent in bathroom that had not been clearly cleaned in a long time just filled with dirt & dust. Bathroom door had something splashed all over it. Toilet paper holder was down right dirty in the back behind the roll. Slider door to balcony the screen part was off the track couldn't be used. Door handle was loose & broke to the slider main door. Microwave was fifthly to put it nicely & you had to hold it to open it or it would fall off the shelving unit it was on. Beds both make terrible screeching noises. Everything just so outdated. The Jacuzzi was not nice to use at all due to debris coming out of the water & when draining would leave that sand like black dirt all over the bottom setting area of the Jacuzzi itself. Main thing is updating & much better cleaning being done with the room. Even in off peak season what was paid for a night in this suite was rather expensive for what & how it was. In closing all hotels anymore offer at least a contentinal breakfast nothing offered here at all. This was the first visit for us at this hotel & sad to say the last. Staff was friendly when coming & going thru the front doors other than that not much else to pleasing to say, had we not booked & paid ahead we would have switched hotels for sure considering this was a week long stay.

No pool. We like a nighttime dip.

The hotel was perfect for accessing the music festival. Only steps away from the entrance. We had a view of the Ferris wheel. The staff were wonderful!!

The rooms are a bit older, so for the cost it was a little frustrating; however, we understood it was a big weekend.

On boardwalk. Near many attractions, food, bars, restaurants. Also happened to be close to our event venue. Staff was so friendly and engaging that it made it worth the stay.

Had no box of tissues in the bathroom and no utensils or dishes in the kitchen cabinets.

The room was nice, very good location. We were lucky the hotel wasn't full so we got to park close. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a bad storm during my stay but the hotel had nothing to do with that.

The beach was on a few steps away and the hotel staff all were super nice!

The beds were rather creaky, which isn't great if you toss and turn. The room could've used a rug to help with sand that was tracked in.

The staff was super friendly. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door the maid left us clean towels, a roll of toilet paper, more coffee and more cups in a bag on our door each morning. The jacuzzi was also really nice. Having the overflow parking was also a huge help as we have a large truck that wouldn't have been able to park on property. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location on the boardwalk. Romm was on the small side but we only needed it for sleeping and changing.
