The location was fantastic! On a berm, just a stone's throw from the ocean. The staff was kind and helpful. The other patrons were quite nice as well. The small 1 bdrm apt was clean and nice, albeit dated. The bed/bedding was very comfortable. There's a nice sitting area outside the front door. Restaurants, coffee places, and stores were very close around. I would definitely return.

We loved the closeness to the beach. The owners were friendly. We liked the fact that the property was family owned and smaller. We enjoyed it so much we booked for next year!

The shower had horrible water pressure.

Located right on the beach and next to stores and restaurants. There was a lot within walking distance. Friendly staff and the room came with a full kitchen stocked with everything you would need.

The tile floor was slippery when wet, so had to be careful as it was rainy all weekend. The wind and rain made the transit from parking lot to unit uncomfortable. Would have loved to walked down to the beach but weather did not cooperate.

The room was a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, ground floor and a view of the ocean. All units face an open grassy area that looks over the ocean and access to the beach. Coffee maker, stove and microwave along with dishes and seating for two. The bed was not as big as we would have liked but comfy. Host was friendly and helpful and accommodating when arrived later than planned. The renovation was pleasing and decorated in a seaside color scheme. Older tile work in bathroom was colorful and fun. Appreciated the extra blankets and pillows.

The internet was spotty--we kept getting kicked off . This may have been because our room was furthest from the separate office building. We ended up using our hot spot.

Comfortable, nicely furnished apartment with living room/kitchen and separate bedroom. Our end unit had an ocean view from the bedroom and living room. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking. Love being able to watch sunrise on the beach. There are chairs conveniently placed on the lawn to do just that. There is also access to the beach from the property. Convenient to restaurants.

The internet/wifi was not available and if we did get any, it was very, very weak. This was the most bothersome of this place.

The only thing that would have made it better was if there were a pool onsite. Also, the front office was locked so you had to "buzz" to be admitted, and several times I went by there was nobody there. It is a very small family run motel, so that is why they were not always available.

Exceeded my expectations. We LOVED the location, right on the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and grocery. It was clean and quiet and had everything you would need for a low-key stay on the beach!

The shower left a little to be desired... it was a bit small and the shower head really needed to be replaced.

Not a thing. Only slightly too far from Orlando I'd recommend somewhere closer to Orlando...if its a Disney land holiday 😀

This place was very cozy and super clean. A little older of an establishment, but very well-kept. The owners were very helpful and kind. Private beach access and a wonderful breeze at night. Was able to see a rocket launch one night of our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean, albeit an older property. Walkway directly to the beach, a hose to clean off upon return, and chairs in the grass to dry off on. Very convenient! Nice apartment, well stocked with kitchen supplies. Bed was very comfortable.
