The floors were dirty. There was long black hair left in the bathroom sink and shower. I spent 5 days total, and the maid housekeeper never came.

Old furniture not very representative and broken chairs in the deck. I got itchy when slept in the bed and no comforter on top of the bed. Stove very old and some burners didn't work or smelled like it was burning when turned on. Bathroom shower knobs were hard to turn on.

There was remodeling going on I think had detour to pool,no elevator was out of order and first rm had water coming in from two areas but made it up by upgrading to a bigger room

Plumbing issues caused the main indoor poor dooor to be closed. So we had to go a alternate way. The door back in kept getting closed on us and the door automatically locked. So then wet kids and small towels had to walk around the building to get in. Wouldn’t have be terrible if it wasn’t a stormy and dark evening. We did book a room with an oven so we could cook. This was unfortunately a mistake. The oven in this room has no numbers left on the dial. So you have no clue what temp you’re baking on. This resulted in burnt dinner.

Jakob was so welcoming and helpful! The room we had was the perfect size for our family. We ended up adding 2 days to our stay and they were very supportive and flexible.

The room was a bit dingy, there were stains in the bathroom, the covers were not uncomfortable per se, but certainly not comfortable, and the staff besides the front desk were just kind of off-putting.

It was the cheapest option for the days we'd be staying at Ocean Shores.

The bathroom does not have a fan, so the cabinet and bathroom door have serious moisture issues. There was no hair dryer in the room, even though I was sure the website said each room had one.

the bed was very comfortable, the mattress was top quality. Everything was clean and tidy. There were a lot of dark stains on the carpet, but it seemed to be clean.

The pictures online of the room we booked was not even close to what we got. And since it was an event weekend other rooms were in short supply so we had to pay another $100 to upgrade.

Our back patio door didn’t have a lock. The windows are right above the bed and with folks walking by day and night it didn’t feel safe to keep the windows open. No ac and the room got very hot. There was also a strange smell and this place is quite outdated and dilapidated.

Location was great, Ocean Shores is a small beach town and this hotel is right in the middle of all the Main Street shops and restaurants with easy access to the beach.

I had kids running and screaming and knocking on the door and walls all evening. It was noisy on both ends of the room. The bed did not have a bedspread on it. I never did get the television to work in the living room. That was a drag.

The kitchen had available dishes and cookware. I had my own room. It was clean and homey. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was glad to find a room available to rent on short notice.

The room was very small and while it was cleaned, it is in need of some maintenance like new caulking. I expected an updated place for the nightly price I paid. I had to shimmy sideways to get around the bed and it felt like an apartment complex I was a stranger in when walking about.

The bed was comfortable and once I was asleep, I slept well. The people who work there were nice and helpful. The people who appear to live there are also nice.
