Food prices and drink prices at the hotel were outrageous!!! Considering the tiki at Ocean Manor has good food and lower prices.

My third time staying at Ocean Sky, the properties always clean and well maintained, is it 5 star? no But again it is always clean and well maintained. All rooms have an open view and balcony which is nice .

Upon arrival we were given a room on the 2nd floor with our “partial view” was of the roof top air conditioners right off the balcony. We asked for a different room but we’re told they had no other rooms to offer. I was kept awake from the constant humming of the units. The next day I demanded a different room and later that day the complied. The new room was on the 9th floor with a nice view.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool, patio and Tiki hut were well maintained and offered the true tropical atmosphere.

Housekeeping didn't vacuum at all, so we had sand on our floor throughout our stay. They also missed our room one day and we didn't get fresh towels brought to us even after requesting them.

The beach was beautiful, parking was convenient. Most of the staff were friendly. The grounds were kept very clean.

I didn’t like how stingy they were with towels and the restaurant and bar closes by 10 PM. They need to have a little shopping area in the lobby that is open late. With food and drinks. Most people are there on vacation keep in mind. anytime I wanted food past 10 PM. We had to get an Uber or get delivery. Hassle.

The common areas òf the hotel are good. The rooms could use an upgrade. Balconies have no privacy. The valet parking method often blocks the entrance creating a line up of cars waiting to pickup guests.

Hotel is in a good location right on the beach an a 30 minute walk to many other bars and good restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Everything about the restaurant. Went there the first morning and waited 20 minutes and couldn’t even get a water or order. Waiter and waitress were both rude and appeared to be moving slowly and didn’t care. We got up and left and never tried again. Heard similar stories from others at the resort. The lady outside by the pool doing towels was also unnecessarily rude on many occasions. She was this way to everyone.

Location was great. Good value for the price. Guy working out front doing parking during the day was awesome. Ladies working front desk were great.

For the price complementary Coffey or tea missing from lobby. Exagerate price for a cup of coffee if ordered through restaurant. Nothing fancy, just regular coffee. This needs to be rethink as everyone was buying a better quality from not far away…it is just coffee.

Our room had a view of a giant dumpster and it was not only an eyesore, it smelled bad. Definitely not a nice part of the stay.

The beds and pillows were very comfy. The staff was super friendly, lots to do. They were very accommodating to us allowing an early checkin.

Nickel and dime for everything. Chairs, umbrellas, drinks are expensive. There is no access to quarters to operate the laundry machines, which are useful but not if you need change. The front desk staff is very unhelpful and don’t seem to care about customer service or customer experience at all.

Beautiful beach location, no need to walk across a busy street, it’s easy access to the beach.

I hate to be picky, but there was a waitress at the only restaurant on the property that told us the chef was no longer cooking and all we could get was drinks. She went on to take orders from surrounding tables and bring them hot food as we sat with our water and 5 dollar orange juice. The day before we had a simple breakfast there that was decent, but very overpriced. Also, our in room toiletries were never replenished, and we clearly used them all.

Well located in a quiet area. Close to many conveniences. The hotel is doing some needed updating. The staff is knowledgeable and professional as well as very accommodating. The pool area is kept clean by the staff, although the guests do their best to keep them busy cleaning.
