It could have been cleaner. It was very dusty, and the master bathroom shower curtain was moldy to point of being pinkish orange. When we used the recliner, it was obvious that no one was sweeping under there at all.

Good location. Staff on site was helpful and friendly. Size of unit was good and accommodated 5 people well. The unit did have new appliances and all the basic necessities including beach equipment.

Nothing, but the dining room and living room rugs are curled a little that caused my 83 year old mom trip a couple of times but she did not fall. She tried to be extra careful when walking near them.

Everything was just fine.

I loved the layout of the rooms. I especially loved the view. The ac worked wonderfully! I liked that it had items there for cooking and also things there to use on the beach if you needed them.

I didn’t like the toilets. They had the plastic bidet toilet seats. They were really hard to go to the bathroom on and things kept turning on without me touching them. The cleaning fee $130 was over the top. We kept the place super clean we didn’t eat inside and they only need to really clean the towels and the sheets everything else was very clean.

The place had an amazing view of the beach. The property was clean and parking was easy.

Couldn't figure out how to open balcony door from living room, but we did go out through the bedroom sliding door.

Great location, very quiet, nice kitchen, furniture, TV, and beautiful view. We figured out that the blinds are motorized and needed the remote to operate, though. It's easy to find, drove straight from the airport, parking is very easy, stores are close by, along with really decent restaurants. Great walking area. Laundry is pay by card, very nice to have it there. Coffee maker is like a Keurig (thankfully!) so each person can have coffee when/how they like it.

Dishwasher didn’t work, our room keys wouldn’t let us into the building after 9pm- we did get that resolved the second day. A/C didn’t work the greatest, staff came and replaced batteries mid week. Furniture was old and very dirty underneath it.

The condominium was better than I expected. Everything was very clean and looked new. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the living room is amazing! I recommend it for families, everyone had a place for themselves and there is enough space to spend time together.

The rug in the dining room has a corner that is a tripping hazard; one drawer in the master suite is unusable as it does not remain on track.

Loved everything and every minute of our stay! Very luxurious with spectacular oceanfront views! Owners spared no expense! Loved watching that ocean sunrise from the living room! Beyond impressed and totally exceeded our expectations!

Fortunately, a guest was coming into the building so we could enter. Staff had just finished for the day, but a very pleasant fellow was working on the elevator and called to help locate the lock box before we had a chance to call for help // The bedstead my grandson was to sleep on, broke after one night. He said the sofa bed was uncomfortable. A brand new sheet set was brought up for it which was most thoughtful.

The condo was delightful with the European flair and top-end appliances. (The website said an "under counter" fridge, so a side-by-side was a nice surprise.) We enjoyed the view with the dolphins putting on a show in the ocean and the Air Force above! An added bonus were the beach chairs and umbrellas.
