The room was very big and so it could have accommodated a lounge chair. There was not place to sit except the desk chair. Since there was so much room, I would recommend adding a nice chair by the table lamp. Also, never having been to Traverse City before, it looked on the map that it was close to beach, "downtown," etc. Don't expect to be able to walk to various attractions.

The parking lot was a bit confusing at the back - there was no "divider" between the hotel property and the business next door.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was continental (no prepared hot foods) but had good choices.

The advertisement says the king room has a jacuzzi, but it’s pretty much a large bathtub… it doesn’t have jet sprays King room didn’t have a window, and was located at the corner, next to the vending machine so you could hear people coming to the vending machines.

They accept my service dog without any issues.

The window HVAC unit ran continuously but the room was still very musty and smelly. The easy chair was quite wobbly. There was very little fresh fruit for breakfast, no bread for toast, and too many high calorie, high sugar breakfast items.

Conveniently located to things I wanted to do: bike ride on lake path, shop, eat

It wasn’t that clean.. the mattress are quite old

The stuff is friendly, the room is quite spacious. Breakfast is included- it’s like grab and go breakfast with variety of stuff. They actually had some apples, which is very nice (we really appreciate fruits and veggies at breakfast) We only stayed there for the night.

The room seemed damp all the time. It took a long time for anything to dry. There was black mold on the floorboard near the shower with little bugs coming in and out of the cracks in the molding. The king bed was sunken in the center and uncomfortable.

The staff was kind, caring and helpful. I liked the room decor. Our room had a whirlpool tub which was nice. I was very happy with the pool and beautiful surrounding backyard area. In room coffee pods, with coffee maker was nice. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. No noise from other guests.

The furnishings looked like original 1980s stuff. Color scheme was weird. Breakfast was negligible. Overall the place was overpriced.

Mainly the dry, processed breakfast items. Location of hotel & parking is very good.

Female employee at front desk was kind, professional and friendly. The breakfast was super basic with processed, pre-packaged dried foods. Really meh. Coffee was the usual hotel meh coffee.
