We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Francethe staff was very nice, smiling, and very kind. very helpful in all what is related to the hotel questions and need. but I would have appreciated a better advise or help form the staff, more specifically concierge services on what I can do in the area and some help in booking the theatre or some activities. I had the feeling that they didn't know the area very good and I needed to manage myself in regards to these aspects. it was maybe related to a new hiring or a trainee, I didn't insisted..
The location downtown close to the theatre and cinema, and to some good restaurants and some shops on the main streets. the rooms large and very nice, the Hotel architecture and decoration amazing one of a kind, the cocktails at the bar: a bit expensive but so delicious. I didn't eat at the restaurant.

What didn't we like! Hotel is beautiful, clean and perfect in every way. Beds were comfortable, lots of pillows (which I love!), magnifying mirror in the bathroom (most places do not do!), everything you need while away!

A very nice and stylish hotel. My room was very big and comfortable with a rest/couch area and sleeping/bed area. Big and nice bathroom. There is a bar available on the ground floor. Tea/coffee available 24/7. Private parking behind the hotel for additional fee. No breakfasts in the hotel. You need to go across the street to get breakfast
