Air conditioning broke our second night. Very frustrating, but, they moved us to another room.

Bathroom was too dark with not enough light, the elevator took a while to get to the floor and no breakfast on property besides coffee station.

Great rooftop with a nice view and happy hour every night. Nice spacious room, huge king size bed. Staff was very responsive and courteous to the requests. Hotel is in a great proximity to many bars and restaurants as well as to a subway station which will take you to any part of NYC.

Reception is a building site, slightly crowded and small.

The hotel is getting very worn down. Have stayed previously and had really enjoyed it, but the rooms are starting to look dirty, tiles in bathroom coming off, window broken, no mirror in room. Will look for alternate for next visit.

The hotel facade and first floor are covered in old hoarding and scaffold. Very poor first impression. Public areas are not great.

Great location. Undergoing some renovations so it was hard to find the front of it. The room was huge and clean and bed comfortable. Loved the little happy hour wine hour they provided before we went out on the town. Your close to Delancey so bring ear plugs.

Absolutely needs a full length mirror in room! Also better lighting in the bathroom at night, hard to do makeup.

Room was nice and spacious, full of natural light. Location was ideal. Staff was warm and friendly. Loved our balcony and view.

TV was unstable on most channels, was a rainy/windy weekend this may have contributed but audio would be on and off and screen would freeze, As Well, balcony door would not shut all the way, it closed but a crack was left open which wind could get through and make a “whistle” sound, same with the window in bathroom this was a bummer for sure also I’m sure not all rooms have this issue but the one I stayed in did however it was not a deal breaker

Rooms were a bit dirty - like no one had done a hard clean in a while. It was cleaned and ready for guests but needed a good deep clean. Elevators need to be updated.

Staff was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, and helped with any requests we had. Breakfast is a small but solid setup of bagels, pastries, yogurt, and coffee.

The hotel was under construction. There were issues with my heat and they had to move me to another room. Then the water went out due to issues from a property next to it. Other than that I had a wonderful time

I loved the view and the hospitality. Everyone was respectful and professional. There were unforseen issues and I was refunded. I can respect that, very accommodating. I do recommend staying here just call for status first.

The wait time for the elevators were extremely long, the rooms did not have full length mirrors and the lighting was dim. Other than that good stay.

Have stayed here numerous times but the hotel is showing some wear and tear. Needs some serious updating. Elevator interior is a bit dirty and outdated. Lobby is small and cramped. Toilet paper holder hanging loosely on the wall. A few loose shower tiles. But still the corner room size and views were amazing

The views, size of the room, shower, and large soaking tub in the room were all amazing. Easy online pre-checkin procedure made arrival quick and easy. Location is awesome for bars and restaurants in LES.

Outdated tv that was wall-mounted without swivel. No access to hdmi port. Lots of LEDs around room needed to be covered at night. Curtain did not close completely.

the toilet didn’t work well, handle to flush toilet was broken and there were water issues. I had to open. the back to make sure the water flowed I had to ask for iron doors to closet didn’t work I don’t t really want to be exposed to the world while showering — clear window hair dryer old table was scuffed and older chairs were worn elevator old and slow breakfast wasnt too good—pastries were stale, cold coffee staff was nice and thoughtful

Checkin was miserably slow. The hotel offers very poor value for money.

Except for the location and staff, everything else was "good" and not great. Were the rooms clean? Yea, but not 100%. The shower didn't get hot, more of a "warm" at best.

You stay here for the amazing location - right in the heart of LES, and surrounded by nightlife - the rooms were very quiet too which is great. The front desk staff was quite nice.
