The sofa bed area in the living room had no fan or Aircon. Can get pretty hot and stuffy at night.

The apartment was 2 min walk from the train station. Easy to get to central park via MTA and bus in about an hour plus.

The bed was uncomfortable. Mattress needs to be changed. The top of the mattress sunk into a hole when laid on.

The shower was great. Excellent location but the amenities can be upgraded.

It was really hard to get support from the reception , calls not responded, cleaners never appeared , and no.cooking utensils available. It was really difficult to get support in guiding locations , finally the it difficult to get the cashier to get balance deposited cash

said there was a coffee maker but there wasn't. Nescafe and a microwave isn't a coffee maker. i had brought my favorite blend because I crave GOOD coffee in the morning

The fridge didnt work properly.. but you are not allowed to adjust the gage. Shower stall a bit small but ok. garbage in the hall way wasn't removed on a timely basis

Called Richie (manager) a little pass 12pm to ask about if I’m able to check in early and upon my request he puts my card through and my bank decline and considers it fraud. Okay grant it I get it fixed right away tell the manager to try again he tell me in ten minutes, okay no problem 10 minutes pass.. 40... minutes pass.. 2 hours plus pass and still haven’t heard anything also ignoring my calls I show up for regular check in still had me wait another whole hour to even check in. Which I find absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate of people time! Think twice about getting any of these room cause I sure as hell won’t be!

What we didn’t like was that we had to be driving around for over two hours trying to find a parking space close to the property. There was no heat in the place. There was just a small space heater that couldn’t warm the entire apartment and it was so coldddddd. When we went in the room the bed looked like someone just got out, it wasn’t properly made. The tv in the room didn’t even worked. There was no wifi to connect to. The host was unresponsive. And when he did respond he was rude. The bin in the hallway was broken and dirty. I would never recommend this property to my worst enemy. This place needs a renovation. I regret every moment I stayed there. No wonder he said no refund once you book it. Because anyone in their right mind would request a refund after seeing this place.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this place.

I couldnt stayed at hotel. Because hosekeeper wanted me deposit Via bank transfer at 23.00 oclock. I tried to tell him i m a tourist so i cant make bank transfer. But he didnt helped about any other solution. It was not well-intentioned.

Property management (Richard) very bad with communication. From the day that I booked the room ( listed as apartment) With numerous attempts to contact via email and phone, I finally contacted Booking.com with the failure to communicate. Which was the day before I was scheduled to check in ( Richard) is requesting credit card information that I already provided Booking.com? So after giving him the information again and still numerous attempts to get address he then tells me that I have to watch a video on smoking in the room before he will give me the address? I don't even smoke, then after about another 3 hr wait he finally sends me the address and codes! This is not an apartment as advertised, it's a small room! I was there for 4 days and didn't have use of the TV because it wasn't set up, on my last night someone came and set it up! The floor closest to the door is sloped downward and there is No coffee maker ( Tea bags were provided) Hall and stairs are very narrow and steep( handrail was broken. Finally ( Richard called), on the day that I was as to leave ( first time hearing his voice) wanting to know what time I was checking out!!!!! It took another 10 days after I left ( and several texts) to get my deposit back! Listing should be taken down ( false advertisement) Horrible communication, wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!! Feel like I should be reimbursed for stay!!! Oh and at time of booking it says " No refunds"!!!!!!!

This list should be taken down from Booking! I made the reservation and called the host for address and key code. He told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. He never did. I called him literally over a hundred of times and text him numerous times on my way driving to the place and got no response from him. My family had to find another place to stay when we arrived in NYC. Extremely frustrating and stressful.
