The room needs up dating. It looks old and run down.

The hotel grounds was nice and the location was good if you have to catch a flight in the morning.

Staff were wonderful! Sergio picked us up at the car rental drop off... such a pleasant guy. Front dear lady was very nice.. I asked for a quiet room on the second floor since I am a light sleeper and we had a 6 am flight! The room was perfect

I've stayed at this hotel many times before and I always enjoy my stay. I can say that I feel comfortable knowing they have security patrolling and you need a room card to access the parking lot to drive to your room. There was only one time I stayed here and I heard screeching at night for hours but I was able to get sleep. This hotel never disappoints me and I'll continue staying here when I can. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I have not had the chance to eat from there, but I know that you are not allowed to take the food to your room, only in the lobby area you can eat and drink. The rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are very comfortable and the room rates are reasonable as well, pretty standard. Another cool thing about this hotel is that they allow extended stays just like the hotel "Extended Stay America" you can pay for extended stays for weeks or months. You would need to discuss your length of stay with the staff. There's also a laundry room so you can wash your clothes, a pool I haven't had the chance to go in either. All in all this hotel is wonderful and I'll continue being their guest as long as I can.

Only recommendation is continental breakfast could be a littlw better. Maybe some waffles and bacon could be added to food.

We chose this hotel for the close proximity to ONT airport, and the shuttle. At check-in we requested the hotel shuttle for our very early flight. When we called down at 4:30 to confirm the 5am shuttle we were told it was not available because we did not request it. Very disappointing.

The carpeting is on the older side--still serviceable and seems clean enough though.

First of all, this isn't my first time staying at Ontario Airport Inn so that should tell you something. One of the reasons I choose it is when flying out of ONT, I can park my vehicle there for free with a one-night stay on either end. Bargain! Then too, the staff all around is very cordial and helpful, from the front desk staff to the security guard. All top notch and make you feel welcomed. Rooms are a nice size, bed's comfortable and the amenities are appreciated. Didn't use them this time, but there are washing machines and driers available as well.

I didn’t realize that there were smoking and non smoking rooms, definitely would have picked non smoking rooms. Didn’t answer questions I had about one of the rooms.

I went down to retrieve breakfast for my wife because she’s recovering from a knee injury and was told I couldn’t leave the breakfast area with the food and that if she wanted breakfast she’d have to come down to eat it. I’ve never had to stay in the cafeteria like 5th grade before and I really felt bad for my wife and any other disabled people. Perhaps better hospitality training needs to be implemented.

The rooms on the top floor with the balcony are my favorite. I love the vaulted ceilings and the view of the pool area is very LA. Plenty of channels on the TV with a decent remote. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were a little hard after a few days but still better than most hotels. The security is comforting. I got deliveries to the lobby.
