The first room I was in smelled and the sink was backed up. The lady at the front desk helped me get a better room.

Needs better maintenance… the tub surface was peeling, wires to bedside lights were loose ( only one bedside table. The doors and trim around doors are dirty with fingerprints and hand prints.

Many things needed repairs. The tub porcelain is coming off. Lights have to be unscrewed to turn off, AC unit doesn’t have a cover on it.

The shower wasn’t getting hot, the sink was clogged so it was kind of a gross feeling to brush our teeth do we used the kitchen sink.

Door lock need adjustment was tricky to enter.

The room needs a kind of renovation. Due to covid measures, limited kitchenware were available. The towels were clean and soft but not large enough to cover to body.

Unfortunately, in my last trip, this is the second hotel where I stayed in a room that facing to the stairs. I am lucky with the last one since there is no disgusting smokes around me. However, I think that this room will have a renovation in the near future. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was good. The blind was perfect.

The beds most definitely need a good upgrade. I can’t stand bed frames that squeak louder than pigs.

We were in town for a Music Festival and this Inn’s location is nothing short of perfect . Located perfectly in between the Irvine Amphitheatre and the Irvine Spectrum. Very convenient!

Exterior of our room was dirty, trash and towels laying around. Our fridge defrosted over nite woke up to flooded kitchen. Very basic room. Should have been alil cheaper for the quality.

The bathtub initially did not work and we could not take bath for the first two nights; the room was not clean (i.e., previous guests' toothpaste spits on the mirror frame, black mold on the bath wall/tiles, side table and lamp covered with dust, a hair on the TV remote controller, etc).

We had to wear shoes in the room as the floor was sticky and dirty. There was no toiletries only soap so if you stay make sure you take your own.

Fantastic location, really easy to get around and has a fantastic bagel shop around the corner as well as 7 eleven and starbucks.

I didn’t like that you needed to ask the main lobby for shampoo. I also didn’t like there wasn’t a coffee maker in room. I would of enjoyed myself more had the room not been excessively clean. The floors were so slippery, you couldn’t walk to fast. The cleansing materials used in the bathroom were all over. I slipped on tub and received a terrible bruise on my leg.

I liked how close the 5 Points Amphitheater was to hotel. The walk was about 10 minutes. Starbucks is next door. They offered a light breakfast. Great location for a quick trip!

There were no amenities such as pots, pans, cups, silverware, or a coffee pot (it was a kitchenette style room) unless directly asked for, and likely charged to your room.

it was relatively clean and in good shape, and a decent location in a safe area.
