I did have some concern abouut the clientele and drugs.

There were no utensils, not even a couple of plastic ones.

The furnishings in my room were old, weather and unsightly. I recall not wanting to sit on the black desk chair as it was filthy and stained. The furnishings need to be replaced or updated with fresh paint, deep cleaning, etc.

The staff was kind and helpful.

how dirty it was. they have a studio type room where there is a stove and fridge but there was leftover food from previous people that stayed there that was in the fridge.

There POS was down for step days or more and made it nearly impossible to get my room paid for. Very inconvenient. They have it fixed as of this morning finally. But would stay again.

dirty and used look of common areas outside room. Fridge leaked. Front desk told me facility upgrade long overdue.at I could see that. At checkin at 7pm, front desk said the following:" I will have to see if i have any clean rooms available!" that was a cause for concern,but i got one! Otherwise the price was right and i would return there.

Groups of people standing outside entrance day and night smoking pot. Stayed on third floor. Horribly noisy roof fan ran 24/7 making it impossible to sleep. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed maid service was not included with the stay. I was told I could get clean towels at the front desk, but when I went there, no one was at the desk. The rooms were run down, dingy and my mattress sunk when I laid on the bed. I did not sleep well because the mattress was uncomfortable so on the second night I laid on the pillows.

The front desk employee was nice. The location is great and there was free parking. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

the room could have been better the chair that was in the room had holes and was dusty the paint in one of the walls was chipped, the curtains were almost falling out and wouldn’t close all the way. It’s little things that could be fixed that would make it even better! Also I know that location was a non smoke location and somehow still smelled like cigarettes!

The location is perfect and the staff was amazing, friendly and made us feel welcomed!

The hospitality was definitely lacking. There were no cups or coffee cups or coffee machine or coffee in the room at all. We had to wait for the gentleman to come with a lot of utensils and plates and pots and pans etc but still no coffee. We had to make an order from Walmart to have some instant coffee delivered. Only one trash can in the whole place. And the electricity in the kitchen plugs was non-existent and behind the bed the wall plug base plate was hanging out of the wall. Very dangerous. Not super happy with the maintenance in that place.

Did not use the breakfast because it was just coffee and bananas and not much else. The location is fine. The daytime person behind the counter was fine. I think his name was Sammy. The rooms were big enough and were clean.
