Walked into my room to find the bathtub running, lights on and a screwdriver in the bathtub. Requested a different room; bathtub water running and would not turn off. 3rd room- smelled like stale cigarettes and mildew.

The room had a strong nasty smell. Roaches were everywhere in the room and there was no kitchenware. Probably would not have used any kitchenware due to the roaches. No breakfast or coffee was provided. Many homeless persons were inside the facility and outside the facility.

The property was very dirty no breakfast was served even though on the booking.com it advertised it did have breakfast. The bathroom curtain holder was all rusted . Rooms looked very deteriorated and the smell was horrible. Had to shower with flip flops because I just did not feel I was in a clean room. Only thing was good was AC in room !

Seemed dirty, door knob was broken in the bathroom, broken vanity sink, pull out couch was FILTHY and NOT sleep-able was told that if I would have checked it when I got there they would have switched rooms but since it was night time they couldn’t. My bad for not needing the pull out bed prior to going to sleep.

I checked in on a Friday evening and the hallways were littered with trash. They were not vacuumed until the next Thursday. Room looked clean, however, I dropped something and looked under the bed. It looked like it has never been cleaned, swept or vacuumed.

We travel with our 13 year old son. He normally will sleep on the sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, the mattress had been spotted and soiled with human waste. Disgusting! Luckily we always travel with a blow up mattress in case the sofa bed mattress is uncomfortable. We did not use the sofa bed, or sit on the sofa the entire weekend. When we mentioned it to the front desk, the response was "a lot of people come through this hotel and we can't know everything about what goes on in the rooms if people don't tell us. This hotel is in need of updates, and needs a lot of changes." They did not offer to move us to a more sanitary room. There were people going in and out of their rooms throughout the night. The hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana in the morning. The breakfast was limited to only coffee and packaged oatmeal and tiny donuts. There was no juice for our son or any customer. Milk was limited to coffee creamers. We had t go out for breakfast so our son could eat properly. Horrible customer service.

It was convenient to the Sea World location.

Is in desperate need of a renovation. Most of the furniture in the room is old and worn. There was a damp smell in couple of drawers and cupboards in the kitchen area. The door to the room didn't shut properly, so had to bang it shut, which wasn't fair on the other guest's if srriving back late at night. Carpet badly stained, it definitely needs a good clean. Most of staff helpful but there is a couple who cannot be bothered to help you with any problems, which we had and had to change room when someone else helped. Would definitely not stay here again

Facility was dirty everywhere. Room wasn’t made up - had to get a different room. Taps ran black water. Chair at desk in room broken and stained. Coffee machine at “free breakfast” broken entire visit. Dog poop on sidewalk in front of lobby not cleaned up.

The dirty fridge and toliet, the burning stove and the filthy sofa. The sink in the bathroom was not connected and leaked water everywhere when used. The side of the toilet was never cleaned. Also, the check in clerk was very lazy and sorry. He didn't want to get my pots because he didn't want to move out of his seat. The check out girl seemed lost and didn't know how to check me out. It took 15mins of trial and error.

The hotel is not on a very good condition on the inside. It looks old, smells bad, some minor things are broken here and there... Overall It makes a bad impression. Even if Cloe was really sweet, dealing with a locked door isn't really fun neither for her or for me (I couldn't access my room for hours and it wasn't a magnetic card issue). A good overhaul would be beneficial, as it has a great potential. Finally, the breakfast was really scarce, even if we were warned it's a complementary one).

I enjoyed the location, the size of the room (which was clean), and how most of the staff was really friendly and helpful - I wish I had the name of all the fine ladies there, Special cheers to Cloe <3 (the heart was on her nametag, I find it cute) who dealed with my locked door for most of the night,

Breakfast was advertised and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. There was no breakfast other than a few granola bars and a single Otis Spunkmeyer muffin. There was coffee, but no cream or milk, only the flavored cream. My room looked like it had been the victim of an all night rave.

The location to the conference was perfect.
