Table had exposed wire hanging out of base. The old duvet and shower curtain made the newly remodeled room feel very worn. Pool deck really needs some love.

The bed was super hard and the balcony was maybe 24 in wide so barely even enough to stand on.

I loved the facility. The staff was super nice. There was a wedding going on which was nice to see.

Parking lot has somewhat of a narrow space near the entrance so at times it caused a little jam with bigger vehicles. Really not a big deal at all.

The staff were incredibly nice - both when checking in and when checking out. The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. Loved that there were lots of pillows. When I needed plastic silverware on one of the nights, the front desk had some to provide. Location to the highways was great.

I got a room with a balcony, I wish we could have found some chairs to seat out there. The air conditioner was licking water so it left a lot of water out on the balcony, other than that everything was good.

I love the service, the installations are very clean and neat. they have a pub restaurant all decorated from a bar in Ireland, and is very nice! the installations were clean. pillows and mattresses here are always good, one of the main why I always chose Sheraton.

I hate comforters which seem to be preferred by hotels, but are too warm so you have to sleep half under cover. The nice pool had very durable, very uncomfortable furniture. No umbrellas or tables. I had a rental car and a Garmin for navigation. (The car probably had a navigation device but came without directions. I could not figure out how to start it. Had to ask. That is Budget's problem.} The place is difficult to find. A strip map handout would be helpful.

The basics of a nice hotel were all there. Liked the dinning greenhouse and buffet breakfast. The food I tried was very much to my taste.

The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The carpet was dirty. There were sliding glass doors which were locked. The view from them was what appeared to have been a balcony. But now was a dirty wall about three feet from the window and beyond that a view of I-4. We had to walk a mile(it seemed) from the door or the front desk to the elevator and then to our room. Only one night. I was turned off by the glitz of the lobby compared to the shabbiness of our room.

It was obviously a renovated old hotel. Very spacious and very classy.
