Not sure the studio is actually 1.2 km from the Universal Studio Parks, perhaps geographically it is, however you cannot walk to the park following a straight line, if you follow the sidewalk it will take you at least 20 min, perhaps there's a shortcut, we didn't try, we took an Uber for 7$ 😀 all good 😊

The rooms were big and comfortable for 4. Breakfast was actually pretty good, I was surprised. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

If I had say anything our A/C unit sounded a little rough and had to turn it down into the 60’s to cool down the room and seemed to come on a lot to maintain a cool temp. Informed front desk to let them know at check out. I wanted breakfast, but four bus loads of students were there. No fault of the hotel. Wendy’s right next door. Still a good stay.

Clean and well kept Staff was great. Pool and hot tub. Gym was nice. Close to restaurants.

The staff was extraordinary in their manner and responsiveness. Katrina at the front desk went over and above to be helpful and correct an error made by Booking.com. The hotel manager also was helpful and respectful. Our stay at Comfort Suites near Universal in Orlando, Fl couldn't have been better.

We got to our room and put our bags down after a long travel day, only to find out that the toilet didn't flush and the water was not draining in the sink. My father has mobility issues, so it was a little bit of a hassle to move to another room, but I'm glad the staff quickly acknowledged and fixed the problem.

Enjoyed the breakfast, utilized the fitness facility one day, and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was very good overall. I would have like a few options on the protein part; however, it was good. The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty in the shower. We called for new ones and they quickly came with MANY little containers of shampoo and conditioner (they apologized and explained that their regular bottle supply had been delayed)

Our recent stay at this hotel was overall a positive experience, particularly due to its excellent location and the delightful included breakfast. The hotel's proximity to the premium outlet was a significant advantage, making our shopping excursions convenient and enjoyable. Each morning, we were greeted with an array of breakfast options, which was a perfect start to our day. However, our experience was slightly marred by a mishap with the housekeeping service. Despite informing the receptionist that we required our room to be cleaned, the service was unfortunately overlooked. This was a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise a pleasant stay. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were generally friendly and willing to help, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a good night's sleep after a day of shopping and exploring the area. In conclusion, while the housekeeping issue was a slight setback, the hotel's prime location and the included breakfast added significant value to our stay. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for convenience and comfort, but I also hope that the hotel staff will take note of this feedback and ensure a more reliable cleaning service in the future.

booked the rooms because of all the great reviews for a free shuttle to Universal Studios. However, we were told it needs to be booked/reserved via Holiday Inn across Comfort Suites in the morning (the counter for the Shuttle opens at 7 am in the morning, was closed when we arrived in the afternoon). The shuttle also leaves at fixed times only in the morning, at 7.15 am and 8.50 - the times were not useful to us. We were also told the last shuttle at night picks up people from Universal around 7.30 pm, but we went over Thanksgiving and the park was open until 9 pm, so no use to us as well, unfortunately. We ended up walking to Universal. If you take the shortcuts through a couple of hotel and shop parking lots you can get there in about 25 minutes which was not too bad but we were really hoping for a good and useful shuttle service, main reason really why we chose this specific hotel.

Room was spacious with an extra couch and table. Window could be opened, so we did not have to turn on the AC at night. Pool was great and it had an extra little hot tub. Breakfast consisted of juices, coffee, tea, several cereals, yoghurt, bananas, oranges, apples, muffins, danish pastries, bagles, toasts, waffles, and as for a hot selection either eggs sunny side up and sausage patties (one day) and scrambled eggs and pork sausages the next.

Outdated, dingy bathroom and room, couch was gross. Musty smell when A/C kicked on. Linens and surfaces didn’t feel or smell super clean. Poor room layout (bathroom door and room door slam into each other) and bad Wi-Fi.

Location to universal was great, it’s a dog friendly hotel (although 50$ pet charge was a surprise and decreased the value of our stay… also a reason I wouldn’t rush to go back with consideration to other local options)… BUT the shower had the best water pressure I’ve felt since 1996! I would’ve liked to take that old shower head home with me.

The bathroom could have been wiped down a little bit more. It seems like the tub is not regularly cleaned due to staining on the inside.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to us. The room we originally booked apparently could not be given to us due to smoke smell so we received an upgrade and half off our stay. We were very pleased.
