We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Is a little dark, the people next to out door was soooo loud. Clean, comfortable, the only thing is when I book it said was breakfast included but they said wasn’t included for a 215 dlls room, other than that was ok

We wanted to pay the bill on check out day as it was being split between family members, but could not as there was an internet outage in the area (Spectrum issue not the Hotel). We had to let the bill go as it was and the family to split it up later.

United StatesAs with everything now, costs are increasing. The value never really equates to the quality of the end product. It is what it is in our economic climate. However, with that in mind, overall, I did have a comfortable and pleasant stay, and will be a return customer as I will be traveling here to Ventura weekly for a work project.
The location was reasonably close to my office, and it being right off the freeway was easy to access plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

United StatesThe room didn't look like the pictures, there was a big gap between the curtains and the wall alot of sunlight in the room in the morning and at night it didn't feel comfortable because room was visible from the outside. The iron did not work. I requested a first floor room because of my disabled husband and they didn't have in their system when I got there even though they had replied via email they received my request. I had to go outside the building to my room and it was raining and super cold for my husband and my kids.
I didn't have breakfast there.

A small firepit in the courtyard, pool and jacuzzi. A small bistro with a small bar to purchase cocktails. Spacious room with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Very comfortable bed.
