The room was very tiny making it challenging for two people to navigate. It is better suited for one person. We also had no natural light into the room as our window faced the building next door. Our room also happened to be adjacent to the lobby (#101) so we could hear fellow guests and the tv in the lobby throughout the day/night. We suspect that if we were assigned a different room upstairs our experience may have been more favorable.

My only issue which was a bit of a problem was no late checkout AND the fact there’s no luggage storage. Left me pretty stuck on my last day.

Checking in (all remote) felt more complicated than it needed to be.

Such an interesting and surprisingly good experience to stay here! It felt like staying in a small hotel in Europe or Japan. Rooms were extremely clean and incredibly efficient with space.

Accusatory email about removing a "device". Turned out the hotel staff had removed it for charging. It all got figured out in the end.

There were some kind of dumpster trucks went by at night. The noise woke me up. The hotel does provide earbuds and they would be helpful. No elevator, be prepared for a few steps to 2nd floor. It is not too bad since I traveled light.

The room is super clean, newly renovated, small room but very cute and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Love the concept of contactless checking, the nice touch of banana basket at the lobby area. The communication is very prompt. Location is also great.

This was a decent, low-cost option in the middle of Redwood City. The business model is not what I am used to in hotels. It was a self-checkin. I had a little problem at check in, but the online staff helped immediately.

In the night it was very noisy. Guess the guys were drunk. You can hear everything from your room. The AC and the fridge in the room are extremely loud, so we couldn’t sleep. The room is so tiny, that two carry ons were almost too much. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. No privacy in there.

I didn't get the room unlock code by email, had to ask the lady who was working there. Both an electric socket and the fridge were incredibly noisy, and the curtains let a lot of light get through.

The bed was comfortable, and there were free bananas.

You can hear neighborhood noises. The split a/c was noisy from other rooms. Had to put my a/c on to cover up the noise from outside the room. Make sure the Wi-Fi is working for the TV or you will not be able to watch tv.

It was very clean. Decor was very nice. Room was very small, but who needs a lot of room when you are staying there just to get sleep.
