We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room was very tiny making it challenging for two people to navigate. It is better suited for one person. We also had no natural light into the room as our window faced the building next door. Our room also happened to be adjacent to the lobby (#101) so we could hear fellow guests and the tv in the lobby throughout the day/night. We suspect that if we were assigned a different room upstairs our experience may have been more favorable.
Great location in the commercial section of Redwood City. Walking distance to Caltrains Redwood City station. Easy check in. Free coffee/tea in lobby.

United States of AmericaThere were some kind of dumpster trucks went by at night. The noise woke me up. The hotel does provide earbuds and they would be helpful. No elevator, be prepared for a few steps to 2nd floor. It is not too bad since I traveled light.
The room is super clean, newly renovated, small room but very cute and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Love the concept of contactless checking, the nice touch of banana basket at the lobby area. The communication is very prompt. Location is also great.

This was a decent, low-cost option in the middle of Redwood City. The business model is not what I am used to in hotels. It was a self-checkin. I had a little problem at check in, but the online staff helped immediately.

GermanyIn the night it was very noisy. Guess the guys were drunk. You can hear everything from your room. The AC and the fridge in the room are extremely loud, so we couldn’t sleep. The room is so tiny, that two carry ons were almost too much. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. No privacy in there.
